FAQ
Where is MIP located?
Our campus is located in the North of Milan and is conveniently served by the urban railway line (blue line, also
called S line, or Passante Ferroviario). The nearest stops are Bovisa and Villapizzone, served respectively by the
S-train line S1, S2, S13 and S5, S6.
They are both 5 minutes walk away from our building. This makes MIP easy to reach from most areas of Milan,
within 30/40 minutes by public transportation.

What are the areas close to MIP?
Areas close to MIP include: Bovisa, Affori, Certosa, Quarto Oggiaro, Villapizzone. Within 20 to 30 minutes travel
time by public transport: Cadorna, Garibaldi, Porta Venezia, Centro, Fiera Milano City, Sempione, Repubblica,
Stazione Centrale.
What areas are unsafe in Milan?
Unsafe areas in Milan include Via Padova, Pasteur, Via Varesina, Baggio and Barona. Also, some streets in the
Certosa, Quarto Oggiaro, Villapizzone area and Central Station may feel a bit unsafe, especially at night.

PAYMENT
For long stays: 50% of the first month rent payable by bank transfer or credit card at booking confirmation;
50% of first month rent payable at check-in by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
For short stays: 50% or the total amount payable at booking confirmation and 50% at check-in.
Deposit:
>> For short stays of 3 days and over: €100, payable by credit card or bank transfer at booking confirmation
>> For long stays: €500, payable by bank transfer or credit card at booking confirmation.
Municipality tourist tax (not included in the rates): currently €2 per day per person, the first 14 days of stay.
Time to/from MIP: 10/15 minutes on foot.

HOW TO REACH OUR CAMPUS
Our campus is located in the North of Milan, in the Bovisa area, and is conveniently served by
the urban railway line (blue line, also called S line, or Passante Ferroviario).
The nearest stops are Bovisa and Villapizzone, served respectively by the S-train line S1, S2,
S13 and S5, S6. They are both 5 minutes’ walk away from our building. Milan boasts a very
efficient public transport network, which includes metro, busses, trams and urban trains.
This makes MIP easy to reach from most areas of Milan.
