Atterbury Property is a proudly South African company, established in Pretoria
in 1994 by Louis van der Watt and Francois van Niekerk.

Newtown Junction started trading at the end of 2014, in tandem with the
recently renovated, historically relevant Market Theatre in the significant
heritage entertainment and cultural hub of Newtown, Johannesburg.

The recently launched Richmond Park is one of the biggest new commercial
developments in Cape Town and the biggest Atterbury Property development
in the Western Cape to date. To be completed in 2020, it is also one of the
best good news stories regarding land restitution in South Africa and a project
Atterbury is incredibly proud to be involved in.

                                                 Richmond Park is one of the biggest new commercial
                                                 developments in Cape Town and the biggest Atterbury
                                                 Property project in the Western Cape to date. It is also

                                                 brand-new multi-billion rand mixed-use mega property
                                                 development, situated adjacent to the N7 highway, on a
                                                 prime greenfields site in Milnerton.
