Sparkling Wine
NEW! 2018 Méthode Champenoise Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine – ($32) The best Champagnes, or sparkling
wines, are made in the méthode champenoise style, which is labor intensive and requires both time and care to
create a premium quality product known for its creamy flavor and tiny bubbles. This wine is dry and has a
creamy texture. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from a single vineyard in Clements Hills. A toasty
bouquet of yeast from aging 26+ months in the bottle delivers a suppleness in the mid-palate that finishes with a
bright, crisp impression. This wine never fails to deliver in both flavor and aroma. Clements Hills, Lodi, CA. 100%
Chardonnay

Oregon Wines (Willamette Valley)
Chateau LeBeau, Tressler, Scotch Church Road Vineyards | Chehalem Mountains AVA, Tualatin Valley AVA

NEW! 2020 Viognier ($24) A full bodied white. Tree fruits and complex citrus with candied pineapple and lemon
curd add to the overall intensity of this wine. Longer finish than expected with minerality and a buttery cremé
that drives the balance and complexity forward. Dry and yet the acids (with apple and pear) are in perfect
harmony with the alcohol that leaves the palate both satisfied and wanting more. The mid palate will be treated
to buttery lemon curd and vanilla creamy into the mid-palate leading to the longer finish. Produced 37 cases.

NEW! 2020 Chardonnay ($24) Aroma of pear, honeysuckle, and wildflower honey with oak notes of toasted
coconut. The mouth-watering and supple fruit is met with mid-mouth lemon and honeydew melon. Mild oak
influence dances on the tip of the tongue and migrates to the back palate with subtle notes of vanilla and
coconut. Surprisingly, ultra-long finish with cleansing minerality and acidity. Share and drink now or hide bottles
away to drink in 3-5 years and experience a well-rounded mature wine. Produced 34 cases.

Oregon Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)
2018 Pinot Noir ($36) This vintage truly represents what we’ve come to know and love about #TresslerVineyard
and the 22 months aged in oak only exposed to Pinot. Its deep ruby color and the aromas of sandalwood, cherry,
and strawberry with hints of pomegranate greet you at first swirl. Cherry and very ripe raspberry on the front-
mid palate with lingering oak, mid-body tannin, and pleasant acidity which leave a lingering finish. This is
another excellent Burgundian style Pinot. Drink now or library from 4-8 years

2017 Pinot Noir ($36) On the nose you’ll be greeted with aromas of cherry cola, earthy mushroom, hints of
licorice, cinnamon and clove, cedar, nutmeg. The wine gives way to flavors of pomegranate, red currant, and
spice. This vineyard yields a bigger Pinot Noir that delivers a mouthfeel of dominant fruit component up front
with nice acidity, beautifully balanced, soft tannin and quick finish. (Award: Silver 2020 Sip! Classic)

2016 Pinot Noir ($36) Opens with bright fruit notes, fresh tart cherry and green apple. Subtle oak nose and
flavors from two years in a new French Oak Lerois -‘The King’- barrel. Bold on the tongue, spice of pepper,
clove, and nutmeg. Generous mouthfeel, berry notes, including some currant. Elegant tannin structure and lush
finish leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. (Award: Silver 2019 Sip! Classic)

Italian Varietals & Blends (Columbia Valley)
Alder Ridge Vineyard & Red Willow Vineyard | Columbia Valley, Yakima Valley AVA, Horse Heaven Hills AVA

2017 Vino Barbitivo ($42) - This favorite Italian blend shows rich and dark with aromas of strawberry, port like,
over ripe plum, flint and cooked blackberry, blueberry like pie drippings or compote. Presents with a lot of fruit
on the tongue followed by a huge jamminess that dissipates wrapping with strong tannin, and long, lingering
finish. Excellent paired with cave aged cheddar. 53% Barbera / 47% Primitivo. Aged 24 months in 50% neutral
French oak, 50% 2 year-old American oak.

 2018 Sangiovese ($34) – the bright ruby color and shiny brilliance is a hint to the youthful vigor of this
wine. Medium intensity nose is followed by bright fruit; strawberries, brambleberries, candied fruits and
then maple, vanilla and cinnamon notes. Strong tannins balanced with fruit and acidity. Long acidity in the
finish, mouthwatering. Will pair wonderfully with many savory dishes.

Our Sangiovese is crafted in a Super-Tuscan style with 7.8% Merlot. This blend aged 22 months in a 3 year-old
French oak barrel (which at that point is essentially neutral).

2017 Barbera ($39) - This full-bodied Barbera exudes an aroma of maple, brown sugar, cinnamon, mint, thyme,
eucalyptus, leather, and even a little smoke. Followed with flavors of butter, brown butter, caramel, and smoked
jerky. It offers a great balance of acidity and tannin, taste is all up front, wraps with simple finish but it does
linger.

Bordeaux Varietals (Columbia Valley)
Alder Ridge Vineyard & Red Willow Vineyard | Columbia Valley, Yakima Valley AVA, Horse Heaven Hills AVA

2017 Malbec ($36) - Super dark purple in the glass with an aroma of forest in the morning after a rainy night,
autumn leaves, mossy, fresh coffee, blackberry and black cherry, blueberry, over ripe fruit, old leather, black
pepper. Nice and fruity on the palate, drops to the mid-palate and feels full. Medium tannin, smooth finish,
medium long lasting.

 2018 Malbec ($36) - typical Résolu deep purple Malbec. A little black currant along with butterscotch
cream and fresh cut cedar on the nose. As it has time to breath and open black pepper notes more
evident. Full body in the mouth, earthy, woody tones, very balanced with pleasant acidity and a gentle
finish. Lingers in the mouth after swallowing with white pepper at the end. Through 2021 will benefit from
decanting 30 minutes before enjoying. Cellar for a few years for a more spectacular wine.

2017 Cabernet Franc ($38) Signature Cabernet Franc aroma of green bell pepper, jalapeno, black pepper, bay
leaf, with a touch of smoky-meat in a glass. Hints of licorice, wet grass, fresh cut, charred wood. Mouthfeel is
meaty, even a little like wild game, definitely ready for food. A little vanilla note, smooth tannin, and cola
flavored gummies. (Award: Silver 2020 PDX Wine & Seafood Fest, Gold, 2021 McMinnville Sip! Classic)

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon ($38) Rich dark color, aromas jump out at you. Caramel, maple bar, cedar, oak, black
pepper, caramel, cherry cola, blackberry, black cherry. More red fruit on the nose, more black fruit on the
palate. Still young, a bit green, on the front palate. However a very smooth finish for this young, acid and
tannin well balanced. (Award: Silver 2020 Sip! Classic)

2017 Petit Verdot ($40) On the nose, toasted marshmallow reminiscent of campfires, boysenberry, plum, and
vanilla point to this wine’s time in American Oak. The structured tannins lend to a progression of enjoyment
over time starting now an aged in the cellar. The mild pepper finish is a treat after the youthful and vibrant
cherry and dark berry introduction. There is so much body and tannin with this wine that there was an unmet
expectation for a jammy, baked-fruit presence. However, the fruit is playful and young enough to carry acid. The
bitter-sweet cocoa is an amazing foil to the dark cherry. The finish is surprisingly admirable due to the balance of
acid with the tannins. The sweetness is subdued and falls in line with the deep fruity complexity.

Triomphe Signature 5 Bordeaux Blend: Every year our winemakers craft a classic Bordeaux-style
blend using the principal Bordeaux grapes featured here plus Merlot. Each varietal is barrel aged
for 16 months and a blend is determined based on a “better than the sum of all parts” for that
year. The winning blend is bottled and aged 14 months to be released first to our Cellar Club in
late October and then the public on Veterans Day that marks 38 months from vine to release.

Triomphe Signature Blend is a tribute to the US Armed Forces.
$3 of every bottle sale goes to a non-profit supporting Veterans.
