The chaos that surrounds Commencement often gets in the way of
expressing gratitude to everyone who has played an important role in
your time at Wingate. The Office of Alumni Relations invites you to join
us for a Farewell Celebration, open to our entire campus community, that
will give you the opportunity to connect with those who have made your
experience at Wingate special. Join us for refreshments, celebration, and
giving thanks before Baccalaureate.

Baccalaureate is a centuries-old tradition of reflection, contemplation
and worship that is traditionally held the day before commencement
ceremonies. Graduates may honor those individuals-- students, faculty,
and staff-- who have contributed to their journey of faith during their
years at Wingate.
