You must meet the minimum English language entry requirements for your course: Bachelor programs and Diploma in Health Science (Nursing):
Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority subject English and /or English for ESL with an overall exit assessment of Sound Achievement (or better).
Foundation, Diploma programs - Business, IT, Creative Industries, Engineering, Health Science (Health Studies): As per above, with an overall exit Assessment or
Limited Achievement (or better).
The equivalent Australian interstate senior subjects or International Baccalaureate Diploma studies or the required grade in an accepted English language test may

Year 12 subject scheme
We offer adjustment schemes that can help you get into the course you want. This provides an adjustment to your selection rank (or OP equivalent).
You can receive up to a maximum of 8 selection rank adjustments.
You’ll need to have completed the equivalent of four semesters at senior school level (Years 11 and 12) with a passing exit grade in Mathematics C,
Physics, Languages other than English (LOTE), Aerospace Studies or Engineering Technology (for students who apply to study a QUT Bachelor of
Engineering or related double degree) or university units (e.g. through START QUT).

You don’t need to apply separately for the Year 12 subject scheme, QUT will calculate it automatically.

This scheme applies to 2019 Year 12 students applying for entry in 2020.
