                                                                                                                                                                  The Summerhill neighbourhood originated in the 1880’s after the construction of the
                                                                                                                                                                  North Toronto Railway Station, which now operates as Toronto’s flagship LCBO. The
                                                                                                                                                                  neighbourhood is generally bounded by St. Clair Ave. to the north, the CPR rail line in
                                                                                                                                                                  the south, by Mt. Pleasant in east and by Avenue Rd. in the west. Summerhill is made
                                                                                                                                                                  up primarily of affluent residents living in low density housing with a strong commercial
                                                                                                                                                                  corridor along Yonge St. Cottingham School, located on Birch St., ranks 12th out of
