    • They will appoint a League Manager, to coordinate administration before and during the league
        itself.
    • All clubs who qualify and enter in the 2021 National League will pay an entry fee to the NLMG to
cover central administration cost for the league
    • The National League Management Group will plan to operate on a cost neutral basis with any

39.4 If a team withdraws from the competition all together, all results of previous games of
            this team will be withdrawn.
39.5 Any team that withdraws from the National League less than twenty-one (21) days
before the start of the competition will forfeit their entry fee.
39.6 Any team that withdraws from the National League during the course of the competition
will forfeit their entry fee and will be charged for any losses incurred in terms of travel
and accommodation for any other team or NZWP, affected by the withdrawal and will
incur a further fine of up to $2000.00 and be imposed with sanctions by NZWP.

40 Late Arrivals
40.1 If a team is not able to start a game at the scheduled game time, this team may be
deemed to have forfeited that game.
40.2 A team forfeiting any game during the round robin phase of the season may be excluded

40.4 Teams need to notify NZWP and the opposing team of any delays as soon as possible.
40.5 If circumstances prevent the game being played ordinarily, the team delayed will lose the
game by default, but without loss of further points. On any matters of late arrival, NZWP
will be the arbitrators in all matters and may determine that the game shall be started

40.6 Other Circumstances: In the event of other circumstances beyond the control of a team
to start a game on time, such as pool failure, NZWP will automatically declare that the
points be evenly split. If both teams agree to replay the game at a different time and
possibly venue, NZWP will consider this, however it might still decide the points be
evenly split at their sole discretion.

Team management is advised not to discuss the game with the referees in any detail for
at least a fifteen (15) minute cooling down period. Of course a thank you or
acknowledgement is acceptable and normal, but they should not engage in any form of
criticism and/or advice until the cooling down period has elapsed (other than the verbal
notice of a formal protest if the referee is the default NZWP representative). A breach of
this advice may result in a charge of bringing the game into disrepute and it might turn
