                                                                        Over the course of the last few months, the coronavirus pandemic
                                                                        and subsequent shutdowns have had a dramatic impact on the
                                                                        entire world and our own community. As challenging as these
                                                                        times are, however, it is important to recognize and document the
                                                                        historical significance of this period so that future generations may
                                                                        learn from it. We hope that you may be willing to help the Long
                                                                        Island Room with this effort.
   You can participate in a variety of ways:
 • Collect relevant items you may come across during your daily activities
 • Keep a journal about or otherwise reflect upon your experiences (i.e. essay, poetry, artwork, etc.)
 • Share photographs /videos of the way your life or surroundings have changed
