WHAT IS THE BLUEPRINT?
The Blueprint is a 5-Month elite player development program for amateur athletes using
the same strategies designed to help top NBA players improve at the highest levels.
This program is for a few driven individuals with high potential. It will be
the ultimate SEPARATOR to take their game and life to the NEXT LEVEL.
The blueprint provides highly detailed skills, drills, and concepts
used by top level NBA players to improve on the court.
Over the course of 5 months players are mentored and led by our staff to create
winning habits, work with precision, and develop personal accountability.
This blueprint provides individualized development plans that will help each player get
closer to their goals while building lifelong connections and memories.

Phil spent over 10 years coaching at the highest levels of college and professional basketball. He is most recognized for his developmental success with current NBA All-Star Damian Lillard, his time spent with USA Basketball's Junior National Program, and is one of the most sought after player development coaches for NBA players.
