Entry fees: 25 EURO per player in singles and 20 EURO per player in doubles

Meeting: Team Managers meeting will be on Thursday, 4 Oct. at 8 p.m. in Sport hall
Events: Number of players accepted for main rounds: MS - 64, WS - 64, MD - 32, WD –
32, XD – 48.
It is required that every event in a particular BEC Junior Circuit tournament has
at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the
required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count
towards any ranking.
In accordance with regulation 10.4 in Appendix 6 to BWF’s General Competition
Regulations, an event must contain at least one entry from a Member
Association other than the hosting Association. If an event does not contain at
least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association,
this particular event shall not count towards any ranking.
BADMINTON EUROPE is not liable for any costs incurred by third persons
(players, coaches, umpires, team managers etc.) because of an event not
having enough competitors to count for the rankings.
Entry: All entries must be made by using the BWF Online Entry System. Entries must
be submitted no later than Tuesday 4 September 2018 at 23.59 BWF HQ time
(GMT +08.00).

No late entries will be accepted.
Players cannot be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case
you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact
the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players
concerned can get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the
tournament.
Entries must be made by a Member Association of which the player/pair is a
member.
The Member Association that enters a player/pair into a BEC Junior Circuit
tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player/pair. The
entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn
when the entry deadline passes. It is recommended that the entry fees are
paid by bank transfer, but the organisers can accept cash payments at
tournaments.Conditions:
- the tournament will be run strictly in accordance with the Competition Regulations of the BWF
and the Regulations for Badminton Europe Junior Circuit 2018
- the tournament will be played on a knock-out system
- in the events of any dispute, the Referee’s decision shall be final,
- no player shall be eligible to compete unless he/she is in good standing with his/her National
Association.
Visa: If you need a visa for Slovakia, please contact the organisers no later than 15 August 2018.
Clothing/ Advertising:
13.1 Colour, design, lettering and advertising on clothing shall be regulated by BWF General
Competition Regulations 20 to 24. A player violating these regulations shall be penalised by an
administrative fine of 50,00 EUR.
13.2 For all BEC Junior Circuit tournaments the name on the back of the shirts is mandatory at all
time during play in the semi-finals and finals A player failing to wear the name on his/her shirt when
mandatory shall result in an administrative fine of 50,00 EUR.
13.3 It is mandatory for the semi-finals and finals that partners in doubles wear the same colour of
the T-shirt and shorts/skirts. Failing to do so shall result in an administrative fine of 50,00 EUR.
Insurance: To be arranged by individual participants.
Drug testing: According to Slovak law, Drug Testing may be carried out on a random basis
at any time.
Practice facilities: Available on Thursday, 4 Oct 2018 between 17,00 – 21,00. Please send your
requests to organizer.
Transport: Organizer provides a transport from BRATISLAVA International Airport
(SLOVAKIA) for 30 € per person per one way.
