Youth Tennis Program
10-1/2 Weekly Sessions run daily starting Wednesday, June 16 to August 29
The club is a USTA Net Generation provider offering the youth progression format giving a unique
opportunity for younger players to be introduced to and learn the game of tennis. The courts,
racquets, and nets have been resized for children 10 & under who are learning the game. Balls in
different colors with reduced pressure have been designed for each level of play.

Mini Munchkins: Kids 4-5,
Munchkins: Kids 6-7 use a small Quick Stars: Kids 8-10 use a Kids in the Game: Kids 11-14

Summer Junior Team Development Program
10-1/2 Weekly Sessions run daily beginning Wednesday, June 16 to August 27. The Junior
Development Team Program is designed for intermediate and advanced intermediate players. The goal of
this summer program is to rapidly improve skills and advance the level of play. The program meets five
afternoons a week for 10-1/2 weeks with clinics, drills, supervised play and matches. There are matches
against other clubs and USTA CT Junior Team tennis matches usually on Fridays. A schedule will be
distributed each week listing the days and times of the matches and clinics which may be different than the
typical program schedule below. No additional charge for Friday matches.

Summer Junior Interclub League
Every Friday in the summer we have an Interclub League where MRSC plays against other clubs on the
Shoreline and features the Orange Ball, Green Ball and Regular Ball. Each week the different levels face off
against each other with a playoff at the end of the summer. Sign up for matches by the week with Coach
Kitty or Coach Dawn. Lets go MADRackets!

Advanced Tournament Player Program · Summer 2021
ATP - Advanced Tournament Player Program
10-1/2 Sessions beginning Wednesday, June 16 to August 27
This program is designed for advanced junior players 10-18 years of age who are looking to compete
at a high level to achieve a USTA & UTR ranking. The Morning ATP will be for ages 10-14 years of
age, afternoon ATP will be for ages 15-18. The core program consists of instruction, drilling, cardio,
strategy, and supervised match play. Players can sign up for the program daily or weekly. Players
that sign up by the week get a discounted Price. Participants will be given a UTR power subscription
and have access to UTR Match Play and UTR Tournament Play.
We are now offering the ATP Shoreline Tennis Academy
at The Country School. This Program is a week long intense program. ATP Players that sign up for
the Academy are expected to play UTR and USTA Match Play and Tournaments. Round Robin
Match Play and Tournaments will be offered weekly. Visit www.tcsscamp.com for more information.
