José Luque has created a delightful and delicious menu to enjoy on this evening, accompanied
by live music, under the stained-glass dome of The Westin Palace, Madrid.

See out the year with the best classical cuisine, and with some hints towards other cultures, all designed by our
Head Chef José Luque. His splendid menu is matched perfectly by the excellent wines from Bodegas de los
Herederos del Marqués de Riscal and Champagne Laurent-Perrier. The scene for the dinner will be set under the
stained-glass dome and will be accompanied by live music.
