       • 	A provisional booking can be held for 1 week before a deposit
           is required - £10.00 per person for Christmas Party Night &
           £20.00 per person for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve,
           unless otherwise stated.
       • 	All deposits and final balances are strictly non-refundable
           and non-transferable whatever the circumstances.
       • 	Final numbers, balances and menu selections (where
           applicable) must be received 1 month prior to your booking.
       • 	Please advise us at the time of booking with any special
           dietary requirements including vegetarians.
       • 	Once menu choices have been given, no further changes can
           be made.
       • 	Please advise us at the time of booking of any additional
