About The Sea Ranch
The 3 acre ocean front Sea Ranch property is

Sea Ranch inspired home. This intensionally
designed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom reclaimed
house boasts contemporary design and was
built using local materials.

Enjoy amazing vistas on your special day
high above the Salish Sea and watch as sea
lions, humpbacks, and dolphins pass by down
below.

Weddings                                  At The Sea Ranch
We are pleased to welcome couples on their special day during wedding season from
May to September.

Say “I do” on a sea side bluff high above the crashing waves on the wild West Coast of
Vancouver Island Canada. Celebrate with friends and family at this intimate oceanfront
venue; watch eagles fly overhead, sea lions swim by, and take it all in as humpback whales
breach on the horizon.

Fees & Deposits
The following rates are in effect for June 1, 2020 - September 18, 2021
All rates are subject to GST.

Weddings (ceremony access) - $3,200*
  Full access to house and property from 10:00 am and 4:00 pm on the reserved date.

Weddings (full day access) - $5,500*
  Full access to house and property from 10:00 am and 11:59 pm on the reserved date.

Rates include full access to The Sea Ranch house and property, bistro lighting, washroom access, use
of power, and 30 parking spots. Additional outhouses are required for events containing more than
20 guests. Full day access begins at 10:00 am. Early access starting at 8:00 am can be arranged
for an additional fee. Please inquire directly about elopements, events with less than 20 guests, and
nightly rental rates for the house before and after your event.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve The Sea Ranch. All remaining fees are payable 30
days in advance of the event. Deposits and fees are non- refundable.

Glamping Tents
We are pleased to offer two canvas tents for full day and overnight bookings.
Clients can rent up to three canvas tents in three different layout options.

• Canvas Tent Option 1: Group suite, a soft place for up to 6 guests to sleep.
• Canvas Tent Option 2: Queen suite, includes one or two queen size beds.
