The City of Chicago is committed to helping every Chicagoan participate in the 2020 Census. The City pledges to:
• Ensure a fair, complete, and accurate count of every individual living in Chicago.
• Develop culturally-appropriate strategies for hard-to-count populations.
• Mobilize resources in an inclusive manner for census hiring, public engagement, and outreach.
• Ensure digital access and equity during the first census when a majority of Chicagoans will be invited to
respond online.

The Concord at Sheridan is a mixed-
use development in Rogers Park that
features a City Target on the ground
floor with 65 new CHA family units
and 46 market units
Built on underutilized CHA land, CHCS
served as a consultant to the developer
and an investor in the commercial

Late last year, CHCS closed on an
investment in the $22 million Ogden
Commons Commercial development in
the North Lawndale community
The project includes 50,000 SF of
commercial / retail space with the

Sinai Health Systems
Cinespace Studios
Capital sources included Opportunity
Zone funds and City of Chicago
Neighborhood Opportunity Funds
Anchors the CHA redevelopment of
Ogden and Lawndale with 200 mixed-
income residential units to follow

Building off of the success of XS Tennis, Center
Court Development (“CCD”) and CHCS have
partnered to create the next phase of development
on State Street
The Attucks school, a shuttered CPS school at 51st
and State Street to be redeveloped into mixed-use,
mixed-income housing
60 mixed-income residential units with ground floor
retail
Prospective commercial tenants include a
community-based health care provider
Providing jobs and social equity for community
residents

Inc. have partnered to help revitalize
State Street by:
SUMMARY Redeveloping the Attucks School site
into new mixed-income residential
with ground floor commercial uses
Developing an Indoor Recreation and
Sports facility with 6 courts, 2 soccer
fields, indoor track and exercise area
These investments will stimulate new
public, affordable and market-rate
residential development along the
corridor

Reminders
• Legal Voter must FIRST submit the Notice of Intent
• Legal Voter must reside in the precinct and Ward they
intend to Restrict
• Legal Voter must be registered to vote in the precinct
they wish to restrict at the time of the filing of the
Notice of Intent
• Petition is to be circulated within the applicable
precinct and signed by registered voters
• 90 Days to obtain signatures and submit Petition back
to the Office of the City Clerk
