SAVE THE DATE - OPEN HOUSE
(Tuesday, February 8, 6:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.)
Be sure to join us next Tuesday, February 8 for our winter
open house. Our Open House is both a great opportunity for our current
families to catch up on what is happening in the classrooms and the
perfect time for prospective families to learn more about the school.
P.S. Be sure to keep an eye out for our Tri-County Christian School open
house digital billboard ad on the corner of South West Street and West
South Street in Freeport!
SAVE THE DATE - MOONLIGHT BOWLING FUNDRAISER
(Saturday, February 12)
Saturday, February 12, TCCS will be hosting a moonlight bowling night at 4
Seasons Bowling Center! Registration forms were sent home with students
on Monday (1/24) and are due back with payment (cash or check) by Friday
(2/11). The cost is $40 per team of two or $20 per single, including shoe
rental. Please contact the office at 815-233-1876 or Megan Bernsee at
mbernsee@tricountychristian.org for additional registration forms or
questions regarding the event. All ages are welcome. Come join us for a
night of fun for the entire family! Masks are required and COVID guidelines
will be followed.
SAVE THE DATE – COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER
(Monday, February 14–28)
New this year! Cookie dough flavors available will be Confetti, Peanut Butter,
Chocolate Chip, Triple Chocolate, Snickerdoodle, and White Chunk Macadamia
Nut. Throw in the freezer and use as needed. Start getting your list of friends
and family together who would love to support Tri-County Christian School
while eating some warm, delicious cookies!
Enrollment for the 2022-23 School Year is Now Open for Current Families!
A packet was sent home on Monday with the new tuition schedule and the directions to re-enroll your
student(s) for the fall. I also included the directions here for your convenience.
The preferred method is to complete your TCCS re-enrollment (and application for new students) online through
the FACTS Student Information System (Parents Web)*. Enrollment through this system retains your family’s
information from year to year in order to simplify the process following the initial year of enrollment.
1. Accessing the FACTS Student Information System (Parents Web)
Through your web browser, go to www.tricountychristian.org.
Select Apply/Enroll from the home page.
Select Reenrollment/Parents Web.
The District Code is TC-IL.
Your login and password were created when you originally enrolled your student online. This is
the same login and password you use for your Parents Web account (to check your students
grades, homework, etc.) If you have forgotten your login and/or password, you can click the
link to reset it, or contact Joy Hotchkiss at 815-233-1876 or jhotchkiss@tricountychristian.org.
2. Enrollment Process
Once you are logged into Parents Web, click on the three lines in the upper left hand corner
and select Apply/Enroll to open a drop down menu.
For existing students, select Enrollment/Reenrollment
Then select Click Here to Open Enrollment.
You will see an enrollment packet available for each current TCCS student.
o If you do not see an enrollment packet for your current student(s), you are not registered
in the system as the enrollment parent. Please check with other parent on file to see if
they have a separate account, or contact
Joy Hotchkiss to change the enrollment parent.
Follow the online prompts to complete the enrollment for each TCCS student in your family.
o Click Complete Review and Submit Enrollment with your payment of the per student
enrollment fee. This fee is $55 before April 1 and $70 after that date. Please note, a
student is not considered enrolled and their position is not secured in their class without a
paid enrollment fee.
If you are adding a new TCCS student from your household, you will need to select Application
(New Student). There is a $25 registration fee for all new students. The application must be
submitted, then we will create an enrollment packet and return it back to you to complete the
above enrollment steps.
*If you have any questions or need help with the online re-enrollment process, please contact Joy Hotchkiss

application, contact the school office at 815-233-1875 or tccsoffice@tricountychristian.org for a copy.

If you haven’t already linked your Amazon account with AmazonSmile, please take the time to do so! It is quick,

School! Since November 2021, $2,384.80 has been donated back to TCCS through purchases from our friends
and families who are registered! Please follow the steps below and thank you for all of your support!

2. Sign in using your existing Amazon account
3. Choose Tri-County Christian School as your charity and click “Select”
4. Check the box to agree
5. Make sure to go to www.smile.amazon.com on your devices to make sure that your qualified purchases are
being donated to TCCS!
NOTE: A notification will be sent twice a year to renew your AmazonSmile account.

5. Download Amazon App on your phone from Applications.
6. Sign in to your Amazon account.
7. In the search bar, type “amazon smile.”
8. Click the AmazonSmile logo on the top of the page.
9. Make sure that AmazonSmile is turned on and that you are receiving notifications on your device.
Spread the word to friends and family to sign up for AmazonSmile and support Tri-County School with their
purchases as well!
