As we leap out of February and into March, we can all start
to feel that Spring is just around the corner. With Spring
comes the excitement of calving season for many, the lush
green pastures, and of course warmer weather. It’s one of
my favorite times of year on the farm. (with the exception of
the mud, of course).

Another one of my favorite Spring traditions is the National
Belted Galloway Sale and Fryeburg Youth Show held in the
beautiful town of Fryeburg, Maine at the end of each April.
This Spring however, is the mark of something special,
something that doesn’t happen often in this industry… Our
