Overview
Patrons who enroll in the B Connected Program are eligible to receive variable benefits based on
their play at Boyd Gaming properties utilizing the B Connected Loyalty Card and Stardust Online
Casino.

The B Connected Program is a five (5) tier program. Participants of the B Connected Program are
gifted the introductory tier, Ruby. As participants earn tier credits and progress through the Program,
they will receive increasing benefits. Tier credits are based on the individual’s play. Upon earning
seven hundred and fifty (750) tier credits participants move to the next tier level, Sapphire. After
earning fifteen thousand (15,000) tier credits, guests become Emerald. The Onyx tier is earned at
fifty thousand (50,000) tier credits and Titanium is earned after receiving two hundred thousand
(200,000) or greater tier credits.

Ruby: 0-749 Tier Credits
Sapphire: 750-14,999 Tier Credits
Emerald: 15,000-49,999 Tier Credits
Onyx: 50,000-199,999 Tier Credits
Titanium: 200,000+ Tier Credits

Members of the B Connected Program are eligible to receive discounts on retail purchases, advance
show tickets, personalized access to B Connected Online, and more. Sapphire Card holders and
above will be eligible to earn spendable B Connected Points to be used at any Boyd Property on the
same system.

Guests who link their B Connected account to Stardust Online Casino are eligible to earn B
Connected Points and Tier Credits based on their play. Guests may redeem their B Connected
Points on B Connected Online for Stardust Casino Site Credits to play online through Stardust Online
Casino. Tier Credits and B Connected Points that are earned or used between the two systems may
take up to 72 hours to appear on the guest’s account.

Members of the B Connected Program who ascend to Sapphire or above will receive an annual trip
to Baha Mar. Sapphire guests receive two free nights with the purchase of two nights which is
available to be redeemed between March 1st and October 31st each year. Emerald members receive
four free nights for two available to be redeemed between March 1st and October 31st each year.
Once a member reaches Onyx status, they will receive four free nights for two as well as $100 in
Free Slot Play; Free Slot Play issued by Baha Mar at Baha Mar. Titanium members receive four free
nights for two in a suite as well as $200 in Free Slot Play; Free Slot Play issued by Baha Mar at
Baha Mar.

Members of the B Connected Program who ascend to Emerald or above will receive an annual
cruise on Holland America. Guests can log on to their B Connected Online account to view the
current list of available sailings. Emerald members receive a complimentary sailing for two to Mexico
or the Caribbean. Onyx members receive a complimentary sailing for two in an Ocean View
Stateroom to Mexico or the Caribbean. Titanium members receive a complimentary sailing for two in
an Ocean View Stateroom to Mexico, the Caribbean, Alaska, or Hawaii. Titanium members will also
receive priority embarkation and debarkation.

B Connected Program members who have achieved Emerald status or above will receive a quarterly
stay in Las Vegas at a sister Boyd Gaming Corporation property. Emerald members receive a
complimentary stay for two and $75 in food credits. Onyx members will receive a complimentary stay

for two in a premium room plus $100 in B Rewards and $100 in food credits; Free Slot play issued by
the sister Boyd Gaming Corporation property at that property. Titanium members receive a
complimentary stay for two in a suite plus $250 in B Rewards and $250 in food credits Free Slot play
issued by the sister Boyd Gaming Corporation property at that property.

Members of the B Connected Program who ascend to Titanium status will receive an annual
complimentary trip to Hawaii. This trip includes four complimentary nights for two in Hawaii with a
$700 resort credit. Guests will start and end their trip in Las Vegas with a complimentary night. A
flight credit of up to $500 will be provided for the guest’s flight to Las Vegas as well as transportation
to the hotel from the airport and back.

B Connected Program members who achieve Onyx status are eligible to receive an annual luxury
gift. Members who achieve Titanium status are eligible to receive an annual luxury gift or a B
Memorable Experience. Event is held once per year.

Onyx and Titanium members of the B Connected Program are eligible to receive a 10% discount
when booking meetings and banquet events at Valley Forge Casino Resort. These members are
also eligible to receive Uber access and discounts based on availability.

Titanium members receive VIP priority parking. Guests will receive a parking tag upon receipt of
Titanium status.

Eligibility/Criteria
This promotion is open to the public and requires a B Connected Card to participate. Membership in
the B Connected Loyalty program is free, and cards are available at the B Connected Club. A valid,
unexpired government issued photo identification is required for all B Connected Program
transactions. Participants may only have one (1) B Connected account. Any attempt to have
duplicate accounts will void participant’s entries and eligibility. Patrons are deemed ineligible if
playing with a different patron’s card. B Connected cards are non-transferable.

Promotional Claim Details:
New B Connected Cardholders (new player accounts) are defined as accounts that are opened by
new players who have never opened an account at Valley Forge Casino Resort or another
participating Boyd Gaming Corporation property before.

Offer valid gaming day throughout the promotional timeframe.

To redeem their retail discount, B Connected Members must present their B Connected Card and
valid ID. Ruby members will receive a 10% discount, Sapphire members will receive a 15% discount,
and Emerald, Onyx, and Titanium members will receive a 20% discount.

Participants who receive an offer to visit Baha Mar are responsible for transportation, taxes,
upgrades, excursions, and gratuities. Emerald and Sapphire members are responsible for resort fees
and taxes. For Titanium and Onyx members, resort fees and taxes are complimentary. Trips are
eligible to be booked after the 15th of the month following their tier upgrade. Baha Mar requires that
guests who redeem this offer fax or email a copy of the identification and B Connected Card for

verification and in order to create a Baha Mar player club card. Members can call 1-888-788-3479 to
book their reservation.

B Connected Members who are offered a complimentary Holland America Cruise are responsible for
taxes, fees, port expenses, and any upgrades, insurance, transfers, on-board charges, excursions,
and gratuities. A non-refundable deposit may be due at the time of booking. At the time of booking,
guests may receive notice of room charge. The guest is only responsible for this charge if they select
a different cabin than what was offered to them. Guests are eligible to book their sailing after the 15th
of the month following their tier upgrade and must cruise by year-end. Members may use one cruise
benefit a year. Sail dates and availability restrictions may apply. Emerald guests are responsible for
a non-refundable $50 administration fee per guest. Sail dates are subject to change. Members can
call 1-800-330-2249 to book their cruise.

Quarterly Stay in Las Vegas is based on availability and valid once per quarter. Offer will be mailed
to the guest and available on their B Connected Online account. Guests will have the option to stay
at one of the following Las Vegas properties: Aliante, California, Main Street, Fremont, The Orleans,
Gold Coast, Suncoast, or Sam’s Town Las Vegas. Offer may not be used in conjunction with other
offers. Eligible members must be a registered hotel guest to receive B Rewards and food credits.
Members can call 866-321-0703 to book their stay.

Trips to Hawaii are limited to one per year per qualifying B Connected member. Guests must book
their trip at least forty-five (45) days in advance of their desired travel date. Guests must stay in Las
Vegas for one night at the start and end of their four (4) nights in Hawaii. The flight schedule is as
follows. The guest arrives in Las Vegas on a Thursday and depart for Hawaii on Friday. The guest
will then return to Las Vegas on a Tuesday and depart Las Vegas on Wednesday. Flight patterns are
subject to change. Room type is based on availability and subject to change. All portions of the trip
must be booked by Vacations Hawaii. Guests must present credit card upon check-in for any
incidentals that exceed the $700 credit. Each day $75 may be applied towards access to the VIP
lounge for complimentary breakfast and afternoon appetizers. Guests who live in Hawaii are eligible
to receive one round-trip first-class flight to Las Vegas on Vacations Hawaii. Once the offer has been
booked, guests are not eligible for reimbursements. Members can call 1-800-253-4422 to book their
trip.

Onyx and Titanium members who wish to book an event at Valley Forge Casino Resort should
present their B Connected Membership card while booking. The Valley Forge Casino Resort sales
team will verify their status and the guest will receive a 10% discount on their event. The discount
excludes alcohol.

General Promotion Rules:
All entrants and finalists must be at least 21 years of age, present two forms of identification, one of
which is a valid government issued ID (that includes a photo and/or physical description) and provide
their Social Security Number (for tax purposes only) to claim prizes.

All Participants must be a B Connected Cardholder and have valid picture identification (driver’s
license, state identification card, current passport, permanent resident card or military identification
card) in order to collect any prize.

B Rewards will be loaded to participants B Connected card and must be used on the same gaming
day that it is issued; B Rewards are not redeemable for cash.

To be eligible to receive an annual gift or B Memorable Experience, Onyx or Titanium status must be
earned not gifted. Members of the B Connected Program at Valley Forge Casino Resort will be

eligible for the annual gift benefit once they achieve Onyx or Titanium status for 2022. An event will
be held in early 2022 to redeem the gift/B Memorable Experience.

Trips are only eligible to redeem once per year. A second trip is not earned if a guest upgrades mid-
year.

Redeeming offers without playing with your B Connected card may result in removal from future
offers.

B Connected Program benefits are non-transferrable.

Retail discounts are not valid on tobacco or alcohol products.

Throughout the event, Management will ensure that functions are working properly; computer
malfunction will void entries/points.

Employees of Valley Forge Casino Resort, its related companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, plus
their spouse, children, parents, siblings and anyone living in their household, are not eligible to
participate.

Individuals whose name appears on the Pennsylvania State exclusion or self-exclusion lists are
ineligible to participate.

Anyone formally evicted from the premises by Valley Forge Casino Resort, and all persons deemed
ineligible per Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations are not eligible to participate.

Valley Forge Casino may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation
of promotional rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion.

All participants are deemed to grant permission to Valley Forge Casino Resort for promotional use of
their names, photographs and identity.

By Participating in this event, participants agree to the terms.

A copy of the terms and any changes will be available at the B Connected Club throughout the
duration of the event.

Valley Forge Casino Resort is the sole judge of promotion rules and the awarding of prizes. All
decisions by Valley Forge Casino Resort management are deemed final.

Valley Forge Casino Resort and Betfair Interactive US, LLC are not responsible for any loss or
damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of a
Promotion. Valley Forge Casino Resort and Betfair Interactive US, LLC shall assume no liability
whatsoever in the event this Promotion is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous
event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance or execution
of this Promotion impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event
shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency. By
participating in this Promotion, you agree to release Valley Forge Casino Resort and Betfair
Interactive US, LLC from all liability related to such participation or use of any bonus received
hereunder.

Valley Forge Casino Resort will partner with various businesses for discounts and other offers. All
partners agree to provide offers or discounts for a period of 1 year from the date the agreement is
signed. Partners are prohibited from using trademarks, logo or other property of Valley Forge Casino
Resort for advertising or promotion without consent from Valley Forge Casino Resort. At the
expiration of an agreement all parties have the right to review the agreement and make adjustments

as necessary for renewal of agreement. Partners are required to record the player card number and
name when any discount or special offer is given to a Valley Forge Casino Resort Player. Valley
Forge Casino Resort will track usage for abuse of the program and program performance.
