Florida Farm Show, Inc. updates this vendor services guide immediately
following our annual show each year. The vendors included in this guide is not
exhaustive. If you have a need for a service not listed within the guide, please
contact the show office for assistance. The vendors included in this guide have
a working relationship with our show and are familiar with the demands of
your services you may require. If you have any experiences with any vendor
you would like to share with show staff, please feel free to contact our office.

Hotels/Motels – The Florida Farm Show website has a comprehensive listing
of accommodations, including hotels, motels, and campgrounds surrounding
the St. Cloud area. Under the Exhibitors tab, choose “places to stay,” and
make your reservations as early as possible.
Security
Florida Farm Show provides 24-hour, armed security personnel beginning
Friday, March 5, 2021 at 12:00 PM Noon through Sunday, March 7, 2021 at
12:00 PM Noon. If you wish to hire your own security or night watchman,

Audio Visual / Computer

Electricity
Electricity is available to those exhibitors who requested electrical access
during the registration process. The electricity provided will be through one
110v 20amp outlet. If additional electricity is required, please contact our
show office for approval.
Equipment Assembly / Equipment Repairs
Holloway Tractor LLC is the on-site contractor for equipment assembly and

Forklift Service
Holloway Tractor LLC is the on-site contractor for forklift service for pre-
show and post-show. Exhibitors may use their own forklifts to set-up their
own display. At no time shall an exhibitor use their forklift, skid steer, tractor
or any other form of heavy equipment to set up another exhibitor’s exhibit
site nor operate during show hours for any reason. Failure to follow this
policy will jeopardize their future participation in the show and/or loss of
their forklift privileges. Please remember the safety of our attendees is our
number one priority.
All forklift operators must have certification from their employer showing
they are certified to operate a forklift. All exhibitors are required to carry
proof of liability and property insurance to cover any damage to the building,
exhibitor or persons caused by the operation of the forklift.

To ensure the safety of Florida Farm Show attendees, the City of St. Cloud
makes every effort to curtail the use of large equipment within the exhibit
area during show hours. For this reason, garbage collection will only be
performed after crowds disperse. The City of St. Cloud will not allow
collection from inside an exhibit. Each exhibitor is responsible for disposing
of all garbage in the dumpster or trash receptacles provided throughout the
show site. Please help us in keeping Florida Farm Show a clean and attractive
event.
Bagged Ice
For delivery of ice to your exhibit during the show, please contact Alison
Reed at 407-593-6033. All ice must be pre-ordered and paid for prior to the
show.
Labor
Florida Farm Show, Inc. has limited labor available for hire by exhibitors. If
you are in need of labor, please contact PeopleReady for temporary
employment.

To order a Portable Toilet with a handwashing station, please contact the
show office at 407-593-6033. Please note, this will be placed within your
designated reserved space.
Signs and Banners
Creative Printing offers all types of signs including wood, metal, plastic,
banners and magnetics. They also provide promotional products, in addition
to full color printing.
