•   All VIC classes are elective, and the students can choose the class according to their need and level of English.
•   Classrooms are small (average of 12 students per room), so teachers can give exclusive attention to each student.
•   The level change is determined by weekly tests, classroom participation and attendance. Students who demonstrate rapid progress
    can be promoted before.
•   VIC Plus are after school complimentary classes run by teachers for Full Time students

      Regulation of Long Break

      Requirement
      •  Intensive Full time (25 hours / week) for more than 3 months.
      •  The period of the program can be divided into two (ex. Register for 20 weeks program: first 12 weeks at VIC, vacation
         for 24 weeks, return to VIC for 8 weeks) but the program must be completed within 1 year from the first day of study.
      • Requests for taking a long break require 1-month notice.

          Refund Policy

  If writen notice of withdrawal is received by VIC before Program of Study begins:
If a student visa is denied by Immigration Canada                100% Refund less registration fee
Less than 7 days after the contract is made & before the         95% Refund - VIC may keep 5% of total tuition fees to a maximum of
start date specified in the contract                             $250
30 days or more before the start date specified in the           90% Refund - VIC may keep 10% of total tuition fees to a maximum of
contract & more than 7 days after the contract was made          $1,000
Less than 30 days before the start date specified in the         80% Refund - VIC may keep 20% of total tuition fees to a maximum of
contract & more than 7 days after the contract was made          $1,300
  If writen notice of withdrawal is received by VIC after Program of Study begins:
Whithin 10% of the period of instruction                            70% Refund - VIC may keep 30% of total tuition fees
After 10% & before 30% of the period of instruction                 50% Refund - VIC may keep 50% of total tuition fees
After 30% of the period of instruction                              0% - No refund
                 NOTE:
                      •    “Days” – refers to calendar days, and “contract” refers to student enrolment contract, official letter of acceptance o SAN form
                           (for program changes). All refunds are calculated on a weekly basis.
                      •    At VIC this policy is applied to the original registration period, as all VIC programs are Language Programs.

        Homestay Policies
  Before starting homestay
      ✓    If applied, Homestay information will be provided approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the student arrival
      ✓    The request to change a homestay family after the homestay information is provided is generally not approvable
      ✓    The homestay fee does not include any transportation fee
      ✓    Please understand thet the request for homestay may not always be satisfied
  After starting homestay
      ✓    Please understand that request for an extension to stay may not be satisfied
      ✓    At least 2 weeks notice is necesary if student moves out of the homestay or they need to pay the cost of 2 weeks
