DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – EVENING TOUR
Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are warmly welcomed by our local guide
and transfer to your hotel for a check-in from 2:00pm.
The afternoon will be free for you to relax after a long flight, but from 5:00
pm, our guide will take you to enjoy 1-hour cyclo around Hanoi Old Quarter.
The drivers will drop you off at Bong Sen Water Puppet Theatre to enjoy a
typical Hanoian show, before your dinner at a local restaurant and a good
night sleep. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR
At around 7.30AM, we will pick you up at your hotel then start the visit to
highlight destinations in Hanoi including Tran Quoc pagoda, Ho Chi Minh’s
Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and One-Pillar Pagoda. Then at
11:00AM, we will visit the Temple of Literature which functioned as Vietnam's
first university. We will have lunch at 12:30PM at a local restaurant before
visiting Bat Trang Pottery village. We will drive back to legendary Hoan Kiem
lake at 15:30PM to visit Ngoc Son Temple, then you will have around 1 to 1,5
hour to do shopping before being transferred back to the hotel.

DAY 3: HOA LU – TAM COC – NIGHT TRAIN TO SAPA
At around 7:45AM our guide will pick you up at the hotel then depart for Ninh
Binh, known as the ‘Halong Bay on land’. Upon arrival at Hoa Lu at 11:00AM,
we will visit the temples of Dinh and Le dynasties and the area beside the Le
Dai Hanh temple. Then we will head to Tam Coc, have lunch with Vietnamese
traditional dishes before getting on a sampan boat passing through 3 caves:
Hang Ca - First cave, Hang Hai - Second cave, Hang Ba - Third cave. We will
return to Tam Coc pier with 30 minutes for cycling ride along the country lane
and get back on the bus at 16:00PM to get back to Hanoi. You will have free
time until being transferred to the train station to catch a night train to Sapa.

DAY 4: SAPA – Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI – TA VAN
Arrival early morning at the station in Sapa where the guide and driver will
come pick you up and take you to the hotel to check-in and enjoy a breakfast
before the tour starts at 9:00 am. You will first drive to Y Linh Ho – the village
of Black H’Mong people, to begin a 2-km trek down to Lao Chai village through
terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people. After having
lunch at a local family, you will do the last trek which is about 2km to the bus
stop in Ta Van, then our private car will transfer you back to the hotel.

DAY 5: CAT CAT – SIN CHAI – NIGHT TRAIN TO HANOI
After breakfast, you will do a short walk down to Cat Cat village of the Black
H’mong. Relax at the foot of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a
hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the
colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then
we will walk 3km to Sin Chai, the village located at the foot of Fansipan
Mountain, the ‘Roof of Indochina’. From here you can enjoy huge stunning
landscapes before hopping on the car to return to Sapa and then transfer to
Lao Cai Station to catch the train back to Hanoi.

DAY 6: HANOI – HALONG BAY
Accommodation: ET Pumpkin Night Train (cabin with A/C)
At around 07:30AM, our private car will come to pick you up and transfer you

to Halong City. Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Island around 12:00PM, you will
wait at Pelican Halong Cruise waiting lounge to be transferred to the boat by
tender around 12:15PM, and enjoy a welcome drink before checking in your
cabin. Enjoy buffet lunch with Vietnamese dishes served while cruising
through the bay, passing the most beautiful and quiet areas, such as Incense
Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim beach, Coconut Three Island.
After lunch, visit Tung Sau area to witness the process of culturing, harvesting
and sculpting cultured pearls, or do kayaking based on your preferences. Then
move on to Ti Top beach where you can relax and swin in this World Heritage
Site.
Upon return to the boat end of the afternoon, attend a cooking class on
sundeck as the boat sails to Luon Bo area to anchor overnight. Dinner on
board and free evening to enjoy the landscape while sipping a cocktail on the
sundeck. Overnight on board.

DAY 7: HALONG BAY – HANOI
The day start at 6:00AM, wake up early in the morning for Tai Chi exercise and
get new energy for a new day. You will then have breakfast at 06:45AM
before being transferred by tender to Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest caves
in Halong Bay with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Walk up about 100
steps to the cave entrance. You will then return to the boat to check-out and
enjoy an early lunch as the boat slowly makes it way back to the Tuan Chau
Wharf.
The driver will then take you back to Hanoi around 5:00pm. Enjoy a free
evening in the city.

DAY 8: HANOI - DEPARTURE
