e-Scooter Pilot Survey
The City wants to hear about your experience with
shared e-Scooters.

The City of Calgary tested the viability of dockless bicycle and scooter share
through a two-year pilot. The shared e-Scooter pilot is set to end in late October,
2020. The City of Calgary needs your feedback on the pilot to help inform the
future of shared e-Scooters in Calgary. They want to hear about your experience
with the shared e-Scooters over the last two years – whether or not you have
ridden on one.

Please fill out this survey by October 7th to share your
thoughts on the pilot.
Areas of focus for the online survey include opinions on fleet size, where to ride,
user behaviour, the shared e-Scooter operators and reasons for using or not using
a shared e-Scooter to travel.

The survey feedback will be summarized into a What We Heard report that will
be posted online in late 2020. The report will be submitted as part of a
presentation to the Standing Policy Committee on Transportation & Transit on
Dec. 16, 2020 to help inform what the future will look like for shared e-Scooters
in Calgary. Need more information? Read the Shared e-Bike and e-Scooter Mid-

     Q&A: Ward 1 Office
Please note that The City of Calgary protocol requests
that before a councillor becomes involved in a service
request, the citizen must first go through 311, as 311
effectively records requests and serves as a permanent
     record for the City.

     Dear Ward 1,

What is The City’s take on trick-or-
treating on Halloween? I don’t want
my two kids to miss out but I want to
go about this safely. Some guidance
     would be appreciated.
