boutique style venues with onsite staffing, beverage and catering facilities
customised to fit the unique identity of each and every event. Ashanti Estate
is ideal for intimate or elaborate wedding & event celebrations.With our
beautiful gardens being the perfect setting for your photo shoot and the
exclusivity of the Estate for your wedding day,

The Venue Hire is inclusive of the cleaning of the venue before and after the function. Setup is allowed from 08h00am on
the day of the wedding. The facilities are available until 00:30am, thereafter an additional
fee of R3500.00 p/h or part thereof will be charged for the venue only. (Not inclusive of service staff which is
charged at an additional rate). Breakage fee of R5000 will be charged, and refunded should there be no damages and/or losses.
(This is at the discretion of Ashanti Estate.)
*Venue Hire for bookings on public holidays is subject to change, dependent on the day of the week booked.

Ashanti does not provide any furniture to clients getting married outside on the grounds of the estate. Clients are therefore liable to pay
for their own chairs and ceremony decor items. Should you require additional: chairs/cutlery/crockery/glassware/tables for guests over
the provided 150, a fee of R80.00 excl. Vat p/person can be budgeted for.

All waitering staff will be provided for your function at a 15% service fee calculated on the food account.
