Congratulations on your Special Day! We’d love to make your wedding day extra sweet - We offer each client a
personalized wedding experience and look forward to working with you to help envision your perfect day. We
understand how important this day is to you and assure you that your cake and sweet treats will be handled
with the upmost quality and care. We offer a variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars/brownies, breads, pies,
and other sweet treats to fulfill every sweet need for your special day!
We offer Cake Tastings where you can choose up to (4) flavors each of cake, filling, and frosting – provided in a
cupcake combo form. The Cake Tasting Fee is $45 per couple and includes a one-hour consultation as well
where we can go over all your details, questions, and ideas.

Additional Charges & Details
Deposit: At time of booking, a Deposit of 25% is due based on the Order Estimate. A signed contract and initial
deposit is due in order to secure your date. If one or neither of these are received by the due date, your
wedding date may be forfeited. We accept checks, credit cards, or cash. Credit or Debit cards will incur an
additional 3% service charge. Changes can be made to the order up until 30 days prior to the wedding date, at
which time another deposit is due and the order cannot be reduced after that time but can be added upon. At
two weeks prior to the wedding date, all decisions and order details are final and a final balance will be due.

Anniversary Cakes: We offer our booked clients a 10% discount on your one-year Anniversary Cake … because
nobody likes a year-old cake! So don’t worry about saving that topper, just plan to order thru us next year and
we’ll be happy to help – from simple cupcakes to a more elaborate replica of your wedding cake. Whatever
you need, we can help you celebrate your one-year milestone.

Delivery & Setup Fees: We strongly suggest utilizing our services for delivery & setup for your special wedding
day treats. Fees will vary based on extent of order and delivery location. We typically arrive 1-4 hours before
the start of your ceremony time, however, we are usually the last vendors to arrive as we want to provide the
freshest treats possible to you and your guests. Don’t worry, we’ll be there!

Setup Fees start at $50

Delivery Fees depend on location – A minimum fee of $25 will be assessed for delivery, and fees are
calculated on a per case basis. We will travel up to 75 miles from Grand Junction, including Moab, Ouray,
Glenwood Springs, and Montrose.

Holiday Date Fees start at $200

 We provide an ample amount of sweet treats for you and your guests to choose from. As the dessert bars
  are served ‘buffet-style’, your guests will indulge in a variety of treats throughout the night, definitely a

               To-Go Boxes can be left for guests for an additional $25-$50 charge (up to 50 boxes)*

Dessert Bar Notes … Cupcakes are “Standard Size” and include custom flavor, filling, frosting, & sprinkles to

Pies will be delivered uncut. Be sure to have someone available to cut the pies and a Cake Knife and Server. We
can go over all the display details at your consultation. Serving Platters & Cake Stands may be rented for an
additional fee. Customizations and larger packages are available for an additional fee.

Our pricing averages at $5.00 per serving for single cakes
Tiered Cakes have a stacking fee of $35 per tier, ie a 2-tiered cake would have a stacking fee of $70 minimum.
Final pricing and quote will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: Cake flavors, fillings, cake
design, number of tiers, number of layers in each tier, any additional décor items like ribbons, burlap, etc.
