Terms & Conditions
Provisional Bookings
We are delighted to make a provisional booking on your behalf which secures a date for up to 2 weeks only. The dates may be released by the venue
without further obligation if not confirmed with a deposit within this period.

Confirmed Bookings
In order to confirm your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure the wedding date by cash, cheque or credit cards. We also
require credit card details to be placed against the booking for guarantee only.
All wedding bookings must be made in person by the wedding couple.

Final Numbers & Payment
Final numbers and any dietary requirements are required 48 hours in advance of your wedding reception. Full outstanding balance must be settled 1
week prior to the wedding date.
Our cancellation policy is 2 weeks in advance.

Package Prices
Prices are as quoted within the brochure. For customized packages please contact our Wedding Team.
No food or beverages, with the exception of the wedding cake, may be brought onto the premises under any circumstances.
The venue will not accept responsibility for any goods lost, damaged or stolen while on the premises.

The venue reserves the right to cancel any event without obligation or liability.
