Vendor Setup: 8:00 am

All Vendors:
You can decorate your stall with stand up banners, material etc.
After the event kindly clean up your stall.
Garbage bins will be placed at conspicuous locations for attendees.
There is no preferred parking for the vendors.
There is limited power supply. There are additional charges for 15 amp power outlet.
If you wish to bring an additional table please inform us by July 10, 2019
Non-food Vendors:
Promote and showcase your product.
Panorama India will provide each vendor with one (1) 6 feet table, and two (2) chairs.
Food Vendors:
Feature the most requested menu item, or highlight your signature dish.
We suggest reasonably priced items and not more than $5.00
Ensure you have the supplies and staff on hand to deal with large crowd.
Panorama India will provide each vendor with one (2) 6 feet table, and two (2) chairs
Propane tanks can be used by food vendors.
We will be distributing food coupons for Panorama volunteers which will be reimbursed after
the event.
No water bottles can be sold.
Please fill the health form (attached)
Your stall/vendor booth numbers will be placed on your tables, upon your
arrival. Our decision of allocating the stalls/booth will be final.

Waiver Form
If you are not providing Panorama India with a copy of insurance policy/bond, this waiver must be completed,
signed and submitted along with the fee.
I _____________________________________, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators,
successors, assignees and invitees, hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Panorama India and its agents,
officers, employees, contractors, representatives, elected and appointed officials, successors and assignees from
all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect
of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, however caused, arising from or that may arise by
reason of permission being granted to use this property. I further undertake to hold, to indemnify and save
harmless the aforesaid from and against all liability as may be incurred or as may arise as a result of, or in any
way connected with, my request and the resulting permission and use of this property.
I represent and warrant that I am over the age of legal majority, in the province of Ontario, and I am physically
fit and of sound mind. I am able to take part in this activity that my participation at the Panorama India may
involve. I am aware of the risks inherent in participating in such activity and I agree to accept and assume all
such risks.
I give permission to Panorama India to publish my photos/movie taken at/during the 'India Day Festival & Grand
Parade, for any promotional material/advertising for future events.
By signing this statement, I acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the above waiver, release
