English
 This half term, we are looking at Greek myths, with the aim
    of writing our own.
 We will be analysing the ingredients of a Greek myth, and
how to create effective characters and settings.
 Later on in the half term, we will be looking at creating
playscripts, taking inspiration from a range of Greek myths.
 Grammar lessons are taught alongside texts to show their use
    in context (e.g. relative clauses).
 Spellings rules are specifically taught, with spelling lists sent
home on a Friday and pupils tested at the start of the
    following week.
Vocabulary

  knowledge.
