Essential Information
• Arrival at the Barn Spa Reception 10 minutes prior to treatment time is required to allow us to discuss your treatment or spa day
& to take your lunch order. Barn Spa will not be held liable for shortened or cancelled treatments due to lateness
• Our Aqua Spa and Barn Spa are located in two separate buildings, robes, towels & footwear are intended to be worn in the Aqua
Spa (only provided for Spa Days & Spa Breaks)
• The minimum age for our Spa Days is 16 years
• Booking additional treatments for spa days and spa breaks well in advance is advised to avoid disappointment
• Full payment is required at time of booking a spa day or spa break
• A charge of £25 will be incurred for each robe not returned to China Fleet Country Club
• Afternoon Tea – served from 12.00pm-5.30pm – 24 hours pre-booking required
• All medical concerns you may have must be brought to our attention prior to any treatments. The Barn Spa will not be held liable
for any treatment cancelled due to ill health or the lack of information given at the time of booking and no refunds will be given
• Open toed shoes must be worn prior to a pedicure treatment
• All advertised treatments include client preparation time (Pre and Post) & consultation
• We recommend that dark and loose clothing is worn before and after tanning treatments
• Patch tests are required 48 hours before eyelash & brow tinting & Mylash lift
• For any treatment with a value greater than £30 a 20% deposit is required. If less than 48 hours cancellation notice is provided
your 20% deposit is non-refundable
• It is strongly recommended that pregnant clients do not have any massage type treatments until after their first trimester period
• Once a booking has been confirmed, should the client wish to make any changes it is the clients responsibility to contact the
Barn Spa, on agreement of the changes a new booking confirmation will be sent
• Any reservation made using gift voucher purchase will be subject to our booking policy. Vouchers will be automatically redeemed
in the case of a no show or cancellation on the day
