2020. The purpose of this Welcome Guide is to provide you with key
information to enable you to maximise your MIPIM experience and
ensure your time in Cannes runs as smoothly as possible. From our
innovative event programme, investor meetings, accommodation,
passes or transport, the team at the West Midlands Growth Company

Welcome to our Midlands UK delegation for MIPIM 2020, an event that shapes
the region’s global property market.
The Department for International Trade (DIT) is delighted to be a part of the
Midlands UK delegation for a fourth year. This collaboration between Government
and key players from both the public and private sector in the Midlands creates
a powerful and dynamic partnership which allows us to promote the region as
a significant entity in its own right on the world stage that MIPIM offers. As a

Once again the Midlands UK pavilion will feature prominent
partner branding and screens to promote key messages. The
pavilion will also incorporate a presentation stage and flexible
seating as up to 40 events are to be hosted in the pavilion during
the course of the three days.
Partners can make use of the pavilion throughout the week
to host guests, make use of the networking opportunities and
develop relationships with colleagues within the Midlands UK
delegation. Complimentary refreshments will be served in the
pavilion throughout the day.

Flight information
This year there is a change to flight arrangements. There will be no
Midlands UK charter flight for MIPIM 2020. Jet2 is offering a return

scheduled flight from Birmingham Airport to Nice. This means we
are not in control of the flight as we have been in previous years,
therefore you will need to book your flight directly with Jet2 Book Jet2 flight

an enquiry form detailing your requirements, you will then
receive a response giving a suggested accommodation
solution which you can accept or decline.
Delegate passes
All delegates must register on the Midlands UK Portal

When you registered a account will be created for you. You will
receive an email from Reed Midem within 10 working days with
log in details to the MIPIM 2020 database. This is separate to the
Midlands UK portal and is where you will need to upload a
photo for your delegate pass.
