J. HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELOR AND PARENT/GUARDIAN APPROVAL
Based on the student’s academic performance, it is recommended that enrollment in the Early Entry Program be granted through the Summer Scholars Program. This student
has at least a “B” average (3.0 on a 4.0 scale) in all high school academic core coursework. It is understood that the student may be admitted to UNO as a Summer Scholar
student and that college credits earned as a Summer Scholar while completing high school studies will normally be accepted toward fulfilling degree requirements at UNO and
other institutions of higher learning. The following paragraph is translated for Spanish speaking parents, please remember to sign below.
