Activity choices are subject to

always, we will offer you as many fun

If you require a wheelchair, walker, more
supervision than a 1:3 ratio, oxygen, need
to room with a chaperone, or any other accommodations, our
reservationist requires we give them at least six months’ notice.
If you or someone you know is interested in a trip, please call
us ASAP to start the registration process.
We do not take travelers on a plane for their first trip. You
must travel with us on a bus trip first.

and we will do our best to arrange a meal or meeting with them.

A note from our nurse…
If BOB staff will be administering medication while on a trip, please send the
MAR that corresponds with the month the participant is traveling. Please,
also send any special PRN medications such as allergy meds. We ask that you
pack one extra day’s meds in case we encounter some unforeseen delays
arriving home.

paid for, please fill out a Reservation Change Form to notify us in writing. If
you notify us after the date final payments are due, there will be an
administrative fee. Any amount left after the fees, will remain as a CREDIT
toward a future trip. Refunds are only given in special cases. Please contact
