JANUARY THROUGH APRILGreetings and welcome to Watermark University! It is a new year with new opportunities to grow, learn and participate. Regardless of what is going on in the world, we have choices as to how to react. We are challenged to continue to expand ourselves on this life journey. The foundation of Watermark University (WU) is to provide meaningful opportunities to learn, teach and grow, resulting in a life of overall well-being. Research shows that learning and keeping the mind active and sharp supports a healthy life regardless of your age. Our state of mind can get us through anything life throws our way. At Watermark Retirement Communities® we are committed to encouraging our residents and associates to lead balanced lives, full of meaning and purpose, grounded in self-awareness and infused with curiosity.
