On behalf of FORE and Course Directors, Mark A. Frankle, MD, and Mark A.
Mighell, MD we invite your company to exhibit at the Current Solutions in
Shoulder & Elbow Surgery which will take place February 1-3, 2018 at the
Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina in Tampa, FL.
This course is designed to provide the orthopaedic surgeon with a
comprehensive update on treatments for various shoulder and elbow disorders
including conservative care, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, and fracture
management. The course format is a diverse combination of lectures, hands-on
workshops and engaging panel discussions. A pre-course cadaveric lab
provides advanced surgical techniques for TSA and RTSA surgical techniques for
those registrants. A group of distinguished faculty will present their experience,
techniques, and discuss individual cases. Ample time for question and answer
sessions will be provided for participants to interact with faculty.
The attached prospectus offers a wide variety of support packages designed to
encourage opportunities to communicate your message to an eager and
engaged audience. Supporting the course will allow you to provide
orthopaedic surgeons with information and education about your products,
while demonstrating your support for the orthopaedic community and
commitment to educating healthcare professionals about shoulder and elbow
surgery.

This non-CME time provides your company with the opportunity to format a program with
speaker selection designed to specifically enhance your company’s marketability. You will have
30 minutes to discuss, demonstrate or debate with program attendees on your preferred device

Welcome Reception Sponsorship
Sponsorship of a reception includes company name on company branded cocktail napkins and

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
Pull-Up Banners
Includes two pop-up banners, no larger than 33” x 80” which can be placed in the main lobby
and upstairs in the Florida Ballroom pre-function space. Pull-up banners Can not be placed near $1,500
the registration desk. Production and shipping are the responsibility of the sponsor. Must be
approved by FORE.
Branded Coffee Cups, Water Cups and Cocktail Napkins
Sponsor is responsible for production and shipment to the hotel. Artwork must be approved by
