Meet the speakers
Stuart Chandler
Head of Business Development
BPP Professional Education, CI
Stuart joined BPP in 2011, and taught around 25 papers across a range of professional qualifications. In
2012, he became ACCA and Foundations in Accountancy Programme Manager and then took on the
management of the Foundations in Accountancy online programme globally. In 2014, he left BPP to join
State Street in Outsourcing Oversight followed by a role in Client Services to add to his previous 6 years of
fund experience. He re-joined BPP as Head of Business Development in 2017.
Stuart is a Fellow of the ACCA, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and an Associate Fellow
of the Higher Education Academy, he also Chairs the Guernsey Society of Chartered and Certified
Accountant’s (GSCCA) Training and Courses Sub-committee and sits on their Executive Committee.
Paul Beale
Senior Tax Manager
KPMG C.I. Ltd
Paul is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a
Senior Manager in the Guernsey team. He has a portfolio of Guernsey resident individuals, companies and
trust clients to whom he provides tax compliance and advisory services in respect of Guernsey and UK tax
matters.
Haley Camp
Director
Centillion Consulting
Haley has worked in Guernsey’s finance industry since 2001. Before establishing Centillion, she occupied
senior management roles across third-party fund administration businesses. During this time she gained
significant exposure as the effective company secretary to several high-profile investment funds, including
FTSE 250 vehicles.
Haley holds a law degree plus the Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction and is qualified
as a barrister and as an EU GDPR Practitioner (EU GDPR P). She is currently the Chair of the Technical
Sub-Committee of the Guernsey Investment Fund Association (GIFA) and sits as a member of the Technical
Committee of the Guernsey International Business Association (GIBA).
Harry Langdon
Tutor
BPP Professional Education, CI
Harry is a Tutor at BPP Professional Education and specialises in Well-Being. His focus is on maximising
individuals’ career potential, through holistic development of general Well-Being.
He is currently working towards a Transformational Life Coaching qualification (International Coaching
Federation Certified), whilst also undertaking online training programmes in Positive Psychology and Well-
Being. Harry uses these skills to work 1-to-1 with BPP students to overcome obstacles, such as examination
anxiety, to improve their performance.
Ciara Tait
Head of Financial Reporting
BPP Professional Education, CI
Ciara is responsible for the continuous development of BPP’s Financial Reporting offering, writing
high-quality, tailored courses, complementing the ACCA, Foundations in Accountancy, ICSA and ACA
professions during qualification and throughout continued development. Ciara has taught in many areas
across a range of professional qualifications, specialising in Financial Reporting. She loves to research and
present on new areas of financial reporting which are relevant to the Jersey and Guernsey markets.
