Terms and conditions
1. Freeplay Credits apply to Slots Play only, hereafter referred to as Xtra Play Offers.
2. Rules are strictly one set of Xtra Play Offers per person, together with Season Ticket,
valid Sun MVG card, and ID.
3. The Sun MVG card used in the first redemption must be the same Sun MVG card
used for all other Xtra Play Offer Redemptions by the relevant Season Ticket holder for
the duration of the Season.
4. You must present you Season Ticket, valid ID and Sun MVG card when redeeming
your Xtra Play Offers.
5. No persons under the age of 18 may redeem or use Xtra Play Offers.
6. Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom may add to, or change the terms and
conditions of the Xtra Play Offers.
7. All decisions made by Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom staff and
management shall be final.
8. Employees of Sun International and Afrisun and their immediate families shall not be
entitled to use or redeem the Xtra Play Offers.
9. All Xtra Play Offers must be redeemed before the expiry date.
10. Xtra Play Offers cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
11. Xtra Play Offers may be terminated without prior notice, whereupon the validity of the
Xtra Play Offers will lapse.
12. There will be no replacement Xtra Play Offers if a Season Ticket is lost or stolen
13. There is a set of Xtra Play Offers attached to each Season Ticket relating to zone
purchased.
Please note: Rules are strictly one set of Xtra Play Offers per Sun MVG card per individual.
Accordingly, in the case of a person purchasing e.g. 10 Season Tickets in a company name,
then 10 separate qualifying individuals must come in with valid Sun MVG cards, Season
Ticket, ID and accompanying letter to redeem the Xtra Play Offers that will apply to the
Season Ticket - one Season Ticket per Sun MVG card, that person’s name will be registered
against that particular Season Ticket for the duration of the season. Be advised that the
name on your Season Ticket, Sun MVG card and ID must be the same for the redemption
of each Xtra Play Offer session (i.e. only one and the same person shall be entitled to
redeem the Xtra Play Offers attached to a particular Season Ticket). When an individual is
allocated a Season Ticket bearing a company’s name, that person redeeming the Xtra Play
Offers must bring a letter stating that they have been given permission to use the Season
Ticket, the letter must contain the individual’s ID number, full name and be on an original
letterhead, this will apply to your first redemption only, thereafter the letter will not be
required. Rules are strictly one set of Xtra Play Offers per Season Ticket

THE USE OF THIS TICKET IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SET OUT BELOW.
1. Right of admission is reserved at the discretion of The Sharks (Pty) Ltd and its senior
management (“management”).
2. This ticket must be produced at appropriate entry points and/or on demand by any authorised
official.
3. Entry into the stadium and demarcated areas will not be allowed to persons under the influence
of alcohol or narcotics or in possession of any item or substance deemed to be illegal or
undesirable by the management including any recording equipment and/or dangerous items,
weapons, explosives, incendiary devices or sharp objects, animals, or any other items which
the management may refuse at their discretion, including any objects or clothing containing
political or commercial identification in breach of condition 7 below, or any other object which
may be offensive, disruptive, dangerous or likely to infringe the safety or security of others - a
full list of which is displayed at the entry points of the stadium which also may be viewed at/or
may be obtained from the offices of The Sharks (Pty) Ltd by calling (031) 308 8400.
4. Where admission is refused or the bearer is evicted from the stadium and/or demarcated
areas, no refund will be paid.
5. Access to the playing field for sports events shall be restricted to authorised players and
officials on the day of the match to which this ticket refers (“the match”).
6. The bearer shall not behave in a disruptive or drunken manner, endanger the safety of other
persons in the stadium and/or demarcated areas, nor unreasonably obstruct the viewing of
other spectators.
7. The bearer shall not engage in any form of “ambush marketing” or unauthorised promotions
and shall not breach or infringe the rights of any sponsors, suppliers, broadcasters or other
parties commercially associated with the match.
8. The use of tickets may not be transferred as prizes in lotteries or competitions, sold, donated
or disposed of for commercial gain, unless authorised by The Sharks (Pty) Ltd in writing or
through an authorized agent. Any ticket obtained in breach of these conditions shall be void
and all rights connected therewith shall be nullified including the bearer’s refusal of entry to,
or eviction from, the stadium and demarcated areas.
9. Management shall, subject to these terms and conditions, use its best endeavours to ensure
that the bearer be given full and unencumbered use of the seats to which the ticket refers,
but reserves the right to substitute the seat with another at its discretion. Management does
not guarantee the quality of the match, nor that the bearer will have an uninterrupted and/or
uninhibited view of the match from the seat provided.
10. Under no circumstance will any refund be given.
11. This ticket is not valid for entry at club venues.
12. This ticket is valid for KINGS PARK and the 2018 rugby season and covers all rugby matches -
other than those designated as special by The Sharks (Pty) Ltd and which require the purchase
of separate tickets.
13. The Sharks (Pty) Ltd will not accept liability for replacement in the event of this ticket being
lost/stolen. However, should the decision be taken to replace lost/stolen tickets a pro rata
charge will be levied.
14. The Sharks (Pty) Ltd, and its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury or
damage howsoever caused to holder of this ticket.
15. The Sharks (Pty) Ltd shall be entitled to make rules or change them, or general applicability
governing the conduct of spectators, including season ticket holders, whilst in or around the
stadium and including rules of conduct pertaining to the use of the outer fields within the Kings
Park complex.
16. This ticket is issued to the Terms and Conditions of sale or issue. By using this ticket you
acknowledge that you have read such terms and conditions and undertake to abide by them.
The decision of The Sharks (Pty) Ltd is final.PARKING | TERMS AND CONDITIONS KINGS PARK PARKING 2018 1. The Sharks (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any field owing to circumstances beyond its control, eg rain, flooding, etc. 2. Discs must be displayed on windscreens at all times. 3. Only sedan cars, one-ton bakkies and kombi-type vehicles are permitted on the parking fields - no trailers or buses. 4. No charcoal or wood braais permitted on the fields. 5. No reservations of parking bays. 6. No marquees or gazebos on outer fields. 7. Speed limit on all fields is 20km/h. 8. No Ambush Marketing, ie no teardrop banners, advertising flags or any forms of branding. YELLOW AND GREY PARKINGS 2018 1. The Sharks (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any field owing to circumstances beyond its control, eg rain, flooding, etc. 2. May be used by player/staff member only.
