WE ARE CATERERS
    We specialize in preparing and serving meals off site, which means that all of our menus are specially
    designed for catering. We have developed recipes, systems and methods of preparation, safe transport,
    and temperature control to ensure your food is perfect, no matter where you are!

                                WE ARE WHAT WE EAT, AND WHAT WE SERVE
    We take pride in serving locally sourced, made-from-scratch meals. We grow much of our produce at our
    own three acre farm in Burlington’s Intervale and we purchase from many local farms and producers.

    HOW TO ORDER FROM SUGARSNAP
            1. Gather information about your event, including location, date, meals, approximate
               number of guests.
            2. Review our menu options
            3. Drop Off service: you can order online from our website, email or call us at
               861-2951
            4. Full Service: call or email us. One of our professional Event Producers will work
               with you to guide you and put together a customized proposal for you.
            5. Planning. We will plan your order or event and send you a confirmation by email.
            6. Execution. Our team will work hard to surpass your expectations.

                                                   DELIVERY
    Our delivery charge is $30.00 plus $2.00 per mile for locations over 7 miles from our headquarters in
    South Burlington. Additional charges may apply for orders outside our standard delivery window
    (7am-6pm)

                                                     SERVICE
    We offer a range of options, including onsite service, bar service, equipment rental, event planning, decor
    and more. Pricing depends on your needs, timeline and venue.. Contact us for a custom quote.

MINIMUMS AND NOTICE FOR DROPOFF ORDERS
    Our delivery order minimum is $150.00. For smaller orders, you can pick up at our South Burlington
    location, or coordinate with a courier service. We ask that orders be placed at least three business days in
    advance of the event. While we always strive to accommodate late notice orders, we cannot guarantee all
    menu items. Please contact us, and we can help work through any late notice limitations.

                                                SERVICEWARE
    We can provide you with compostable serviceware for $1.00 per person per meal. Upscale leafware
    serviceware is $3pp. Wire chafers and sternos for keeping food hot are $10 each.

                                     EQUIPMENT FOR FULL SERVICE EVENTS
    We can provide (or rent for you) a wide range of serviceware and equipment for your event, including
    china, glassware, linens, decor, kitchen equipment, serving equipment and tables and chairs.

                                         FULL SERVICE ONLY OPTIONS
    We have extensive offerings for full service events that are not listed in this menu. Please contact us and
    one of our event producers can work with you to plan and customize your event. Our full service options
    include:

                ● Menu options for plated, family style or buffet dinners
                ● Dessert stations

                                                      ALLERGIES
    We cook with a wide variety of products in our commercial kitchen, including nuts, shellfish, and gluten.
    Please be aware that while we are very mindful of cross-contamination, the same equipment is used with
    all of our ingredients. Use this guide for planning for your guests..

LUNCH PACKAGES
    10 person minimum per package. One (or two based on package) variety of salad per 10 person
    order. Sandwiches can be individually wrapped or served in a display box. Salad selections may be
    drawn from our seasonal salad offerings. Make it a boxed lunch in compostable cardboard for an
    additional $1.00 per person.
