The FSPA Hospitality Suite - Open every evening, the Hospitality Suite is “networking central”. Come on in and Susan will
pour your favorite refreshments. Pick up your badges, registration packets and find your friends!
Golf Tournament (Optional Event) - Wednesday, May 5th at Todd Creek Golf Club. Meet at the bus at 7 AM. We will head
to the golf course for breakfast, with plenty of time to get warmed up for a 9:00 AM shotgun start. Lunch & prizes will be
immediately after golf.
New Members, Non-Golfers & Spouses Gathering - Wednesday, May 5th 8 AM - 10 AM. Every attendee is welcome to
get coffee, a sweet treat and visit with friends in our Hospitality suite.
Welcome to the Denver Area Tour (Optional Event) - Wednesday, May 5th 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM. The tour bus and guide will
take you to the Red Rocks Amphitheater for some sightseeing, then to Echo Lake - a natural lake at 10,600 ft. at the base
of Goliath Peak for some awesome mountain views and then a gourmet picnic lunch at Idaho Springs before heading
back to the Hilton.
Wednesday Night Event - May 5th 7 PM - 10 PM. Our off-site event is at the amazing Urban Putt, located in the old
Denver Cable Railway Building - complete with streetcar #54. Wait til you see this fantastical, high-tech 18-hole indoor
mini-golf course crafted by industrial & robotics engineers, welders and artists. The massive long wooden bar originally
belonged to Jack Dempsey, world heavyweight boxing champion and they incorporated the huge arch that used to be on
the outside of the building over the bar. With hoops, skeet ball and lots of fun foods and drinks - come join the party!
Business Meeting - Thursday, May 6th, 7:45 AM. A review of FSPA in 2020, our plans for 2021- come share your thoughts.
Presentation - Thursday, May 6th at 8:45 AM. Andy Masters’ award-winning “77 Reasons Why Sales & Service are Just
Like Dating & Relationships”. Andy will take you on a journey through the highs-and-lows world of relationship-building,
noting the clever irony of comparing business and romance. Andy’s creative and insightful spin on proven principles will
impact your sales, improve customer loyalty, and make you smile!
Branch Transformation Panel Discussion - Thursday, May 6th 10:30 AM. Our team of industry experts will discuss branch
transformation -what is working, what is not - and where we are headed. Bring your questions & insights.
Roundtable Sessions - Thursday afternoon: Our varied roundtables & panel discussions are planned so that you have a
choice each hour. Topics include “Resolve to Evolve, “Bitcoin ATMs & Crypto-currency”, “Digital Internet Marketing” and
more. Don’t miss the update on the National Service collaboration of FSPA members. Plan your own agenda and get the

The exhibit hall is car- peted: You only need to order carpeting if you prefer a special color, etc. All attendees will enter via the doors next to the FSPA registration desk. All other doors will be kept closed at all times. The Thursday evening reception will be from 6 - 9PM with food and a hospitality bar. The Friday morning coffee and boxed lunches will be set up inside the exhibit hall. On Friday the hospitality bar will be open from 12:00 - 2:00 PM. We will awarding the booth prizes in the exhibit hall starting at 1:00 on Friday. You are welcome to use the microphone to announce your winners. We will also be awarding other prizes during the last hour of the showcase, including the Waterford Crystal Giveaway, our FSPA bingo game prize and the raffle prizes.
