ABOUT FLIGHTSIMEXPO
Welcome to North America's community-driven flight simulation and aviation conference. As the largest
enthusiast flight simulation event in North America, FlightSimExpo connects simmers, developers,
exhibitors, and real-world aviators from across the globe.
After hosting more than 1,600 attendees and 63 exhibitors in Orlando, FlightSimExpo returns on
June 12-14, 2020 at Tropicana Las Vegas.

NEW FOR 2020
FlightSimExpo evolves in response to feedback from exhibitors and attendees. Here’s what’s new in 2020:
Give Your Promo Items To improve engagement, eligible sponsors will provide attendees
Directly to Attendees with giveaway items at their booths instead of in pre-filled bags.

The following add-on options are available to conference partners:
NEW In partnership with FSElite, FlightSimExpo is proud to offer an advertising and amplification add-
on available to any sponsor or exhibitor. The package includes:
• Pre-event interview and original content article published online and in the
FSElite Magazine issue available at FlightSimExpo 2020
• Quarter page full color advertisement in the magazine
Magazine & Social • On-site video interview (to be published on YouTube following the event)
Amplification ($700) • Logo placement on ‘sponsored by’ presentation at the FSElite booth
• Logo placement on dedicated web hub, which will also host livestreams
• Facebook Takeover ($50 per Week): Customize and create your own cover photo for the
FlightSimExpo Facebook page advertising your brand. Your custom cover photo will be live on our
page for 7 days. This option also includes one ‘boosted’ post on our Facebook page featuring your
company and its involvement with the event (‘boosted’ posts have an estimated audience of
1,000 to 2,500 individuals).
• Email to Attendees ($150): Add one paragraph (200 words) to a pre-event email to attendees.
Use this opportunity to get attendees excited about your booth: tell them what you will be
offering and why they should stop by.
• Developer Seminar ($200-300): Connect with our audience via a dedicated 30-minute
presentation on Saturday or Sunday. This seminar is available to any flight simulation developer
and is intended to showcase new releases, product developments, or upcoming technology.
Presentations are available first come, first served. Longer time slots are available upon request.
• Event App Push Notification ($100): Planning a booth demonstration or announcement during
the event? This option enables you to send one push notification (50 words maximum) to all event
attendees through the conference mobile app. This method is the fastest and easiest way to help
drive traffic and ensure your announcement has maximum reach.
• Add-on Furnishings, Wired Internet, Audio Visual Equipment, etc. (Pricing Varies): Other items
that might enhance your booth setup area available upon request. Please contact your
FlightSimExpo representative directly to discuss options and pricing.
• Additional Conference Exhibitor Passes ($50 Each): Two complimentary passes are included with
the purchase of a booth. Additional passes are available for larger groups.

The FlightSimExpo Exhibitor Manual will be emailed to you upon completion of your exhibitor registration.
This document provides detailed logistics information about the event. The initial details below are
provided for planning purposes and are subject to change.
Shipping
Exhibitors will be able to take advantage of multiple shipping options in advance of the event and can also
bring their own items onto the show floor.

FlightSimExpo takes place in the Trinidad Pavilion at Tropicana Las Vegas.
