Equipment
All new equipment (Portable Compressors, Portable Generators, Light Towers, Submersible Pumps, Diesel Driven Pumps
and Hand Held Tools) are subject to a domestic freight charge. The freight charge is applicable from Atlas Copco Canada’s
current stocking locations to the customer.
• A separate line item for freight will be added to all invoices, unless the customer picks up the equipment at the Atlas
Copco stocking facility.
• Standard freight amount is 4% of the NET cost of the full invoiced amount before taxes. This includes standard ground
freight timelines; any rush orders will be subject to actual quoted freight amount at time of quotation.
• Atlas Copco reserves the right to review any shipment prior to the quotation stage in order to adjust the freight charge if
we deem that the ship too location is remote in nature and has limited reasonably cost-efficient shipping options
available. Typically, shipments that are further than 500 kms from the Atlas Copco current stocking location are subject
to additional charges.

Terms. 17.4. Neither party shall assign or transfer the contract
without the prior written consent of the other party (which consent
shall not be unreasonably withheld); any purported assignment in
violation of this sentence shall be void. Irrespective of the foregoing,
Seller may without consent assign the contract (or any of rights or
obligations hereunder) to any of its affiliates and/ or use sub-
contractors. 17.5. The provisions of these Terms are severable, and
the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall not

Neither party’s failure to enforce, or its waiver of a breach of, any
provision contained in these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any
other breach or of such provision.
