Upon obtaining ticket cancellation insurance for €5, you have
a contractual right to return a ticket up to two hours before the start
of the event. Reasons for ticket returns are: illness, accident, or
death of the ticket purchaser or accompanying person. When
returning a ticket, please present an attestation, the original tickets,
and the ticket cancellation insurance certificate.

DISCOUNTS
Holders of the Baden-Baden Family Pass, the unemployed,
pensioners, and the severely handicapped (from 70 percent) are
entitled to discounted ticket prices. For discounts, IDs must be
presented at the entrance. Tomorrow’s classical music audience
must be inspired today! This is why limited ticket contingents
are available for young people under 26 for all classical music
events – the “Young Ticket.” These tickets can be obtained for
€10 at the box office for non-sold-out events.
Reservations for the “Young Ticket” are not possible.

tickets are reserved for ten days. Prices including all fees. Standing
room tickets are avail­able at the box office during sold-out events.
