                                                                       curator—I’ve called on culinary talent from across
                                                                       the nation. Our restaurants are far-flung and diverse;
                                                                       uniting us is a love for dining and all its possibilities.
                                                                       The chefs who will cook for you this autumn are
                                                                       trailblazers. They forage, tend their own kitchen
                                                                       gardens, cook over fire and understand the power of
                                                                       food to comfort, spark curiosity and celebrate heritage.
                                                                                The collaborations set to unfold are hugely
                                                                       exciting—and I know the opportunity to join the
                                                                       festival and work with uniquely South Australian
                                                                       ingredients is a shared source of inspiration.
