Salad: Choice of one of the following, Tossed (house dressing), Strawberry Almond Spring Mix Salad (homemade honey
dressing), Spring Mixed (homemade balsamic dressing), Greek Salad or Creamy Caesar salad
Potato: Choice of one of the following, Roasted or Creamy Whipped.
Vegetable: Choice of two of the following: Baby Carrots, Peas, Corn, Green Beans, Broccoli served with Cheese Sauce, and
Cauliflower served with Cheese Sauce.
Dessert: Choice of one of the following, Seasonal Fruit Filled Pies (choice of one pie), Chocolate Mousse, Seasonal Fruit
Crepes, Apple Strudel with vanilla Custard sauce, Cheese Cake with a Cherry Compode, Strawberry Shortcake,
Assorted Cheesecake.
For an additional fee of $14.00 per person you can replace your entrée with one of the following entrée’s.
1. 5oz Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Gravy
2. 8oz Atlantic Salmon Filet in a Dill Sauce
All Selections served with rolls, butter, gravy, coffee and tea.
Children five and under are free.
Six to twelve years old are $50/person.
Vendors $100/person.
Guests with special dietary needs will be addressed on an individual basis.
Vegetarian Meals are pasta.
We do not offer food tastings.

2021 General Information
1. Minimum of 100 persons on Saturday, 70 persons on Friday, 50 persons on Sunday GUARANTEED
2. $1500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT upon booking.
3. Twelve (12) months before your wedding date, a further deposit of 25% ($2500) of the amount based on your estimated number of guests is
required, then nine (9) months before, a further deposit of 25% ($2500) is required, and then six (6) months before, a further deposit of 25%
($2500) is required
4. Final arrangements and payment three weeks prior to the function date. Prices are based on tables of 10 people/table.
5. No CONFETTI, BIRD SEED or RICE or GLOW STICKS or SPARKLERS (rose petals must be real)
$500.00 minimum clean-up fee will apply when deemed necessary
6. Candles must be battery operated.
7. In order to comply with the Liquor Laws of Ontario, spirits, wine and beer will only be served as prescribed by the LCBO. As a result, any
unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated and charged back to the wedding party at corkage prices. This includes table gifts of wine or alcohol. We
also must follow the cannabis laws.
8. No outside catering or food allowed.
(Wedding cake excluded)
9. Other services (disc jockey, cake, flowers) are allowed in the hall after 12:00 noon on the day of the wedding.
10. No smoking/vaping in the main hall, bridal room and in the lounge. Smoking/vaping in designated areas, outdoors. Cannabis not permitted on
property.
11. Prices subject to change.
12. A date may be held for seven days only. If not confirmed by deposit within the seven days, the date will no longer be held.
13. Cancellations must be in writing.
14. Hall closes at 11:30.
15. Disc Jockey is finished playing music at 10:30.
16. Fireworks/sparklers not permitted on the property.
17. We do not provide food tastings, we only host one wedding a day, and we are booked all year round, which does not provide us the
space to provide this. (Mother’s Day/New Year’s Eve Open to Public Reservations)
18. Ceremonies held 4:30pm or later.
19. Service Fees are not included in the prices. (15% required)
20. Decorators must comply with our fire codes and policies. Decorators must provide a list of what they are providing prior to event and
must take all supplies with them by the end of the contract.
21. No additional furniture can be brought in, ie. Chairs, tables.
22. Day of Coordinator not permitted outside of Trillium Trails Staff.

• Have Smart Serve Bartenders
• Reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any person to be deemed intoxicated
or consumed alcohol illegally (brought on to the property)
• All drinking in the parking lot is prohibited
• (building and decks are licensed)
• Any alcohol not purchased from the facility will be confiscated and charged
to the contract holder. (no coolers allowed on premises)
• We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the facility that is intoxicated
and/or consuming illegal substances.
(by taking a cab or with a designated driver or uber)
• We reserve the right to refuse entry into the facility if deemed necessary.
• Smoking only permitted in designated areas. (Ontario laws do not permit it
in licenced areas)
We have read and agree with the above legalities and understand it also is our responsibility as per our contract
agreement with Trillium Trails to ensure that all guests abide by these rules and regulations as well as provide
transportation when required for intoxicated drivers.
