Dear Colleagues and Friends of Phlebology,
You are cordially invited to the 5th Phlebology Symposium in Mönchen-
gladbach.
Owing to the coronavirus pandemic, 2020 has thrown our professional,
social and private lives into unprecedented chaos. The pandemic raises
a lot of questions about our previous normality and significantly restricts
our usual contacts and encounters. Many opportunities for further
professional development have also been cancelled.
With the Phlebology Symposium, we’d like to try and carefully make up
for this, while complying with all specified measures, enabling you to
continue developing your expertise and exchange ideas with colleagues
under the aforementioned guiding theme in the field of phlebology.
Topics will include laser treatment, lipoedema, thrombosis and treat-
ment options for varicose veins that focus on quality of life as well as
differentiated diagnostics. The Symposium aims at providing you with
in-service training relevant to practical application by presenting case
reports, new aspects from guidelines and specific tips for your everyday
work.
Our goal is to provide comprehensive insight into current phlebological
topics to doctors in hospitals, subsidiaries and those returning to the
field as well as medical staff, therapists and medical retailers.
