Join Mary Therese Royal, a nationally certified
Pilates instructor, for a virtual workout session.
This is a gentle workout to learn about proper
muscle activation and spinal alignment in order
to build strength and flexibility. You will need a
chair and a hand towel or a dynaband for this
class. Wear comfortable clothing. No prior
