Petra Müller.
Manging Director, Film- und Medienstiftung NRW

Petra Müller studied German language and literature, art history and ethnology at the University
of Cologne. She started her career in a management consultancy for strategic marketing in
Cologne before moving to the Adolf Grimme Institute in Marl as a research associate. At the
Grimme Institute, she was project manager, later director of the Cologne Conference film and
television festival, and then managing partner of HMR International - Gesellschaft für
Medienberatung. As managing director of Medienboard-Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH, Müller
moved to Berlin and Potsdam-Babelsberg in early 2004. There she was responsible for
strategy, marketing and communication of the media location Berlin-Brandenburg and for the
promotion of location projects in film and media as well as for the promotion of innovative
audiovisual content. Since September 2010, Petra Müller has been Managing Director of the
Film- und Medienstiftung NRW in Düsseldorf.

Marcel Amruschkewitz,
Editor-in-Chief and Head of Entertainment, VOX

As longstanding head of the Creative Unit at RTL/VOX, he is largely responsible for the large
number of successful and innovative formats at the RTL Group channel. As an alumnus and
lecturer of the Entertainment Masterclass, he is also very familiar with the teaching of
entertainment skills.

Ute Biernat,
Managin Director, UFA Show & Factual

In this position, she is responsible for the entertainment production of UFA in Germany and also
for the adaptation of formats of the international parent company Fremantle in Germany. She
has substantial experience as a producer of successful formats in an international context and
is also a long-standing member of the advisory board of the Grimme Institute and long-standing
chairwoman of the international format protection organisation FRAPA. She is also constantly
involved in the area of qualification, e.g. as a lecturer in the Entertainment Masterclass.

René Jamm,
Managing Director, Warner Bros. International TV Production Germany

As Creative Director in the company since 2008, he is now responsible for the company’s
business and the strategic development of all units. During his studies of political science and
law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, he already worked as an editor and author
for the ZDF. He has worked as a producer, executive producer and producer in many renowned
international production companies and for various broadcasters. He was responsible for the
fiction department and was also responsible for numerous successful light entertainment
formats. He has already held several teaching positions at various institutions, including the
Film Academy Ludwigsburg.

Philipp Käßbohrer,
Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer, bildundtonfabrik (btf)

btf is currently one of the most innovative production companies in Germany. btf productions
are characterised above all by their subversive character in that they raise particular social
issues in popular form and redefine or question the genre in parts. He is a graduate of the
Academy of Media Arts (KHM) and the Mediengründerzentrum NRW (MGZ).

Nina Klink,
Managing Director, Seapoint

Nina Klink began her editorial work at the »Harald Schmidt Show«. Later, as executive
producer, she was responsible for RTL's major productions »Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier
raus!«, »Let's Dance« and »Der Bachelor«. In 2014, she co-founded the production company
Seapoint Productions and has led the company as managing director ever since.

Arne Kreutzfeldt,
Managing Director, Florida Entertainment

Arne serves as Managing Director and Producer at Florida Entertainment and leads the
company's fortunes together with Co-Managing Director and Creative Director Thomas Schmitt.
Since 2012, the independent company with the sunny name has been shaping German
television and successfully preventing presenters Joachim »Joko« Winterscheidt and Klaas
Heufer-Umlauf from having to take up serious professions with shows like »Late Night Berlin«,
»Joko & Klaas vs. ProSieben«, »Wer stiehlt mir die Show«, »Das Duell um die Welt« or »Joko
und Klaas - 15 Minuten LIVE«. After all. In addition to years of experience in designing and
producing unusual TV formats, the likeable Berlin-based company also stages brands such as
Porsche, Schweppes or Samsung under the label »Florida Reklame« and develops fictional
material such as »Für immer Sommer 90«, »Das Begräbnis« or »Check Check« for TV stations
or streaming services with its recently founded subsidiary Florida Film. In addition, Florida
Entertainment holds a stake in the young production company of up-and-coming journalist &
political talker Louis Klamroth »K2H - Klamroth2Hohenfeld GmbH« and the podcast production
company »Studio Bummens«.

Christiane Ruff,
Managing Director, ITV Studios Germany

She began her career in the TV sector in 1988 at RTL as producer and head of department, first
for entertainment, later in the sitcom/comedy sector. She was responsible for a total of more
than 30 entertainment formats, including »Tutti Frutti«, »Die Mini Playbackshow«, »Die
Traumhochzeit« and various game shows. Since 1996, she has worked as deputy managing
director and head of the creative affairs department at the production company Columbia
TriStar Film and TV Production (later Sony Pictures Film und TV Production). During this time,
she was responsible as a producer in the sitcom/comedy sector for, among other things, the
style-defining formats »Ritas Welt« and »Nikola«, for which she also received the Grimme
Prize. Since 2014, she has been managing director of the ITV Studios Germany.

Tom Sänger,
Head of New Business & Innovation, Bavaria Entertainment

After graduating with a degree in information science, Tom Sänger began working as a picture
editor at VOX in 1993 before moving to RTLZWEI in 1994, where he was most recently in
charge of program planning and advertising coordination, among other things. In 2000, Tom
Sänger moved to RTL Television. The longtime RTL entertainment chief was initially
responsible for the daytime and daily soaps division and, together with his team, introduced a
new daytime line up and the daily RTL series »Alles was zählt«. In 2002, as head of
entertainment, shows and daytime, he took on additional responsibility for major entertainment
shows and real-life formats. Among the best-known formats under his aegis are »DSDS«, »Das
Supertalent«, »Wer wird Millionär?«, »Let's Dance«, »Bauer sucht Frau« and »Rach, der
Restauranttester«. In addition to these major entertainment brands, he and his team also
introduced in-house developments such as »Big Bounce - Die Trampolinshow« and the feature-
length »GZSZ prime time specials«, and built up a strong host ensemble. In addition, Tom
Sänger served as an advisory board member for the German Television Award, was a member
of RTL Group's "Program Synergy Committee" and the Bavarian Television Award Committee.

Markus Schäfer,
Managing Director, All3Media Deutschland GmbH/Prod. Allianz

Dr. Markus Schäfer was responsible for All3Media's business in Germany and the Netherlands
from 2015 - 2021. Schäfer, who holds a doctorate in physics, has held management positions at
All3Media and its predecessor companies since 2004. Under his leadership, the portfolio was
significantly expanded. Starting in 2010, he was initially a member of the Management Board at
MME MOVIEMENT AG as CFO, four years later he took over responsibility for operations as
COO/CFO and was appointed CEO of the All3Media Germany Group in 2015. Before joining
All3Media, he worked for an international cartoon production and rights trading company, and
before that as a management consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Dr. Markus
Schäfer is Vice Chairman of the Producer Alliance and Chairman of the Entertainment Section.

Arno Schneppenheim,
Managing Director, Banijay Productions Germany

Started in 1997 as an intern at »RTL Samstag Nacht«, later writer in the founding team of »TV
Total« , then as Director Comedy & Show co-founder of Florida TV with Joko & Klaas. In
addition to the Grimme Award and the Golden Rose, also won 5x the German Television Award
and 5x the Comedy Award as Author Producer, Executive Producer and Managing Director.
Founder and Managing Director of Banijay Productions (formats such as »Temptation Island«,
»Kampf der Realtiystars«, »Pocher und Papa auf Reisen« or »Bielendorfer!«).

Miriam Tebert,
Head of Channel Manager WDR

She is essentially responsible for the program-strategic orientation of the WDR channels and
platforms. She previously worked for WDR on numerous other stations, including the area of
program controlling, and is therefore a proven expert in the processes, program requirements
and strategies of the station.

Fabian Tobias,
Managing Director, Endemol Shine Germany

Fabian Tobias holds a degree in media economics and is a producer of successful formats from
a wide range of TV genres. In the course of his career, he has produced shows such as »Klein
gegen Groß« (ARD), »Ich bin ein Star - holt mich hier raus« (RTL), »Hot oder Schrott« (VOX),
»Kaum zu Glauben« (NDR), »Deutschlands Superhirn« (ZDF), »Masterchef« (SKY), »Der
Deutsche Comedypreis« (RTL/Sat.1 ), »Comedians der Welt« (NETFLIX) and »Zeig mir Deine
Welt« (ARD), for which Kai Pflaume was awarded the Bavarian Television Prize. Since July
2020, he has been Managing Director of the TV production company Endemol Shine Germany,
which realizes formats such as »Wer wird Millionär?« (ARD), »The Masked Singer«
(ProSieben), »Promi Big Brother« (SAT.1) and »Kitchen Impossible«.

Astrid Quentell,
Managing Director, Sony Pictures Film und Fernseh Produktions GmbH

Since November 2009, Astrid Quentell has been the Managing Director of Sony Pictures Film
und Fernseh Produktions GmbH in Germany. Astrid Quentell is responsible for all of SPT's
German productions in all areas. This includes both fictional and non-fictional programs as well
as the adaptation of international formats for the local market. Previously, Astrid Quentell was
Creative Director at the TV production company Eyeworks Germany. Until then, she held
management positions at Tresor TV as well as Kabel 1 Fernsehen GmbH, tm3 and ProSieben
Television GmbH.
