Dear Trade Exhibitor, We heard you, we understand that times have been tough and are now mixed. The realities of 2020 and the uncertainty of 2021 lead us to make the following decisions for our 2021 Show. 1. Cash flow is king and as such we have enabled your business to pay over three instalments between now and the Show in November 2021 (Deposit due by 28 Feb 2021, 2nd instalment by 31 May 2021 and final instalment by 31 August 2021). 2. Pricing needs to remain the same across the Show. Whilst individual sites may differ slightly we are planning our show on revenues not increasing in 2021 and therefore keeping trade site costs restrained. 3. Selling products or generating new leads will be critical for you in 2021 and as such we have already begun to build our branding position and ensure there is a critical focus on increasing visitors through the Show and giving them an amazing experience so they spend with you. We welcome Trade Site applications for the New Zealand Agricultural Show 2021 from 26th November 2020. All information outlining site options and a pricing guide can be found over the coming pages. The Retail Pavilion showcases everything from product sales to services and innovation to travel destinations and more! Due to popular demand and the cancellation of our last Show, 2021 will be the first year we will look at introducing an Eco, Electric & Innovation Aisle. OUTDOOR SITE OPTIONS Outdoor Pricing: General trade space is located throughout the Showgrounds. We have 5 hectares covering equestrian products, fashion, retail, education, motor vehicles, boats, farm machinery, agricultural Outdoor Site Square Metres Priced From products and so much more! - Up to 35 $955 Premium Sites 5x10 50 $1,098 Premium & corner sites with the heaviest foot traffic are hugely popular. Because of this, premium and corner sites incur a 7x10 70 $1,302 surcharge. They are available upon request once the previous 10x10 100 $1,307 exhibitor re-bookings have been processed. Premium and corner sites are then allocated on a first in basis for those that 15x10 150 $1,824 have paid a deposit. Premium sites are located along Deans Avenue. Exhibitor Tickets & Parking Passes: EXHIBITOR TICKETS After this date, all exhibitor ticket purchases can be made by visiting the Show Office up until 5pm, Tuesday 9th November Every member of your team must have a ticket to enter 2021. The Show Office is located within the Showgrounds on the Showgrounds during the Show. The President of the Curletts Road diagonally across from the red treasurer’s hut.
