Gear up for nonstop fun and gifts this festive season from 14 Nov to 28 Dec, and ready yourself for a
jolly good time with the Chuggington Trainees for a Winter Snow Party!
Singapore, 4 November 2014 – City Square Mall, owned and managed by City Developments Limited
(CDL), invites you to celebrate the holidays with the Chuggington Trainees in a spectacular Chuggington
Winter Snow Party! This Christmas, families can expect a wonderful time with festive decorations and
fun-filled activities at City Square Mall, in particular, an exciting line-up of live performances, an outdoor
carnival plus exclusive discounts available from 14 November to 28 December 2014.
Everyone’s favourite Chuggers, Wilson, Koko and Brewster are back with a brand new live action
adventure! Sing and dance along to several new train-tastic hits and old favourites such as ‘Ready To
Roll’ and ‘We’re the Chuggeneers’!

Chuggington is a British television series for children, based in the town of Chuggington. The series
follows the journey of the young railway Trainees Wilson, Brewster and Koko as they travel around
Chuggington and learn the value of friendship, teamwork, responsibility, the environment and
sustainability. The Trainees’ upcoming Christmas adventure promises to get your gears chugging with
catchy tunes for a rollicking good time!
From 14 November to 28 December, City Square Mall will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland of
lights and snow at City Green. Look out for the Chugger Wilson installation, where there will be dazzling
light shows and snow play sessions nightly, as well as the magical Christmas tree beautifully adorned
with bells! Soak up the festive spirit and have a go on the rides at the Outdoor Carnival or climb aboard
the Choo-Choo City Express for a jolly ride of wonder. You may also head indoors to enjoy the
melodious tinkles from the Ministry of Bellz with their special Handbells performances and hum along to
the familiar tunes. Shoppers can also enjoy fabulous discounts and gifts while Christmas shopping for
their loved ones. There will surely be something for everyone in the family at City Square Mall this
Christmas!
Details of City Square Mall’s Christmas activities and promotions:
1. The Chuggington Winter Snow Party – Live Show and Meet & Greet
Date: 6 – 21 Dec (Daily except Monday)
Live Show: Weekdays @ 2pm and 7pm; Weekends @ 1pm, 4pm, 7pm
Meet & Greet: Weekdays @ 2.30pm and 7.30pm; Weekends @ 1.30pm, 4.30pm and 7.30pm
Venue: L1 Atrium
Back by popular demand, the beloved Chuggington Trainees Wilson, Brewster and Koko return for
a new adventure at City Square Mall! The Chuggington Winter Snow Party will also see Lorie and
Morgan joining the Trainees, introduce new songs, eco-friendly themes and most importantly, a
spectacular light up which will fill the atrium with Christmas cheer. Fans can also get up close and
snap a family photo with their favourite characters by redeeming a Meet & Greet Pass with $50*
spent in the mall.
Pg 2* A maximum of 3 same-day combined receipts. 50 passes will be given out 1 hour prior to each show at the
L2 Customer Service Counter, strictly on a first-come first-served basis. Receipts used to redeem this Meet

2. Chugg-ful of Fun At The Park

Time: Weekdays from 6pm to 10pm; Weekends from 12pm to 10pm
Reminisce and immerse yourself in the Christmas Spirit at the Outdoor Carnival! Have a go on the
carnival rides such as Horse Carousel, Chair Swing and Heli Jet. It is a joyful time for the family,
not to be missed!
(b) Christmas Light Show & Snow Playtime
Time: 8pm & 9pm (Daily)
A myriad of colours and dancing lights fill the air, with a bed of snow for children to frolic in.
Witness this charming transformation at the outdoor Chugger Wilson installation, all at City Square
Mall!
(c) Count The Bells Contest
Test your observation skills and stand a chance to win $100 worth of CSM vouchers (a total of 10
winners) by guessing the total number of bells used to dress up the Christmas tree at City Green!
(d) Ride The Choo-Choo City Express
Time: 12pm to 10pm (Daily)
Hop on the Choo-Choo City Express for a merry ride with your family around the park at City
Square Mall!

Soak in the festive atmosphere with St Bernadette Choir as they delight the crowd with the classic
Christmas songs that are bound to warm your heart.

Christmas is also a time of giving and sharing. Why not donate your clothes or gifts to the
Salvation Army at City Square Mall? The first 1,000 shoppers to donate 3kg worth of clothes each
day will receive an exclusive eco-umbrella. All items donated will be distributed to the
disadvantaged and needy in Singapore.
