                        Email: tourist@kultour-z.de
Assessment: In the course of the event an assessment of the vehicles will take place ac-
cording to the following categories by a professional jury on Saturday, 20th
                        June 2020:

                        1. P 50 and 60 Trabant
                        2. Trabant P 601 Years of Construction 1964 to 1969
                        3. Trabant P 601 YoC 1970 to 1983
                        4. Trabant P 601 YoC 1984 to 1990
                        5. Trabant 1.1
                        6. Trabant „Kübel“
                        7. Trabant „Tramp“
                        8. Tuning cars 2-stroke
                        9. Tuning cars 4-stroke

Within each category prices are awarded from first to third place.
The assessment merely refers to the authenticity of the vehicles. The cate-
gories 2-stroke and 4-stroke tuning are exempt. The jury is determined to
professionalize the assessment by the help of documents (Sachsenring in-
formation booklets and based on this the website www.trabant-original.de)
and the experience of renowned jury members.

The jury will assess the vehicles so that the car which comes closest to the
state in which it was initially delivered will receive the first place. In case of
an identical condition an authentic lacquer will be preferred over a new lac-
quer. A road legal car will also be preferred, since the jury is convinced that
the year-round use of the car adds more to the preservation of the historical
asset Trabant than the exclusive presentation of a car which is not road le-
gal. The overall care will also be considered.

Furthermore, the engine number, the VIN and the transmission number will
be compared. The rims may not be older than 6 months in relation to the
YoC of the car and shall be coined uniformly. All details shall correlate to the
YoC and not be added later on. „Made up“ cars will not have a prospect on
first places. Thus, the jury kindly asks to present only serious registrations
                        during the assessment.

The tuning categories will assess 2-stroke and 4-stroke cars separately. The
workmanship of the modification will be assessed. Thus, not only the records
in the papers matter but also the technical work on the car itself. The more
refined the modification the more likely the car is to reach the first places. A
complete list will be coordinated previous to the ITT with all jury members
and published in the magazine Supertrabi and other media.

Insurance protection: The host concluded a host-liability-insurance according to the provisions for
ADMV. The treaty involves the insurance of the audience.
Disclaimer of liability: The participants (drivers as well as co-drivers) take part on their
own risk. They bear the sole civil and criminal responsibility for all damage
caused by themselves or the vehicles operated by them. By tendering their
registration driver and co-drivers declare waiver to claims of any kind for
damage that relate to the event, that is against the host, support, officials
and other parties that relate to the organisation of the event as well as
                     other participants.
As far as the operated vehicle is not the property of the participant, he
nonetheless releases the favoured group of people from duty against
claims by the car owner. This disclaimer of liability does not apply for
personal or other damage that was caused by negligent or wilful violation
of duty by those favoured of this disclaimer of liability. This disclaimer
also applies to possible damage of the car caused by the attachment
of the number or other badges of the event. It is the duty of the participant
to attach the respective badges on his car.
In case of abortion of the event due to act of nature or safety reasons
no claimof reimbursement for the admission fee or other damage applies.
In case of dispute, the German version of the disclaimer of liability applies.

Safety regulations: The motion of the vehicles must correlate with the guidelines of the
German traffic regulations. Specific regulations do not apply since the
event does not match the characteristics of a motorsport event or a rallye.

On the venue of the event (August Horch Museum) driving may not
exceed the speed of pedestrians (max. 5 km/h).
Every participant is responsible himself for traffic safety.
There will be no technical control.
According to the regulations of the vehicle approval act from March
1st 2007 only vehicles permitted to go on public roads are entitled to
participate. Participation with a red licence plate, as used by car dealers,
                      is not allowed.
General remarks: The host is responsible for the announcement and execution of the event.
The interpretation of the announcement remains with the host.
The orders of the host as well as his assistants and supervisors are to be
followed under any circumstances. The host makes sure that during the
whole time of the event a trained medical service will be either present or
                 informed.

coverage on the ITT on websites of the organiser and published on social
media as well as being transmitted to local, regional and national print
media. The publication of personal data on the internet or in local, regional
or national print media takes place to protect legitimate interests of the
