A trip to Ascot presents an excellent opportunity to relax among the scenic surroundings of Berkshire, but for those travelling
as a family, there’s also plenty to keep teenagers occupied. Experience the full potential of this historic corner of the British
countryside with this two-day itinerary, filled with adrenaline-fueled activities from kayaking on the River Thames to horse riding
in Windsor Great Park.

Day One
Get the day started with a visit to Thorpe Park, just 15 minutes from Coworth Park by car.

One of the UK’s best-loved theme parks, Thorpe Park has a number of rollercoasters and other

first winged rollercoaster, The Swarm, and numerous places to eat and drink.
Then, take a 20-minute drive to Windsor Leisure Centre, where you can take to the river with the

Then, jump back in the car for the 40-minute drive to Bracknell for lunch at Blue’s Smokehouse.

fries. A milkshake would round off the meal nicely.
