Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of €25 per person within 2 weeks
of booking date
2. Confirmation of final numbers and full prepayment of the final account required 4 weeks before
party date.
3. Confirmed numbers are taken as final. No refund or transfer will be allowed, regardless of the
final numbers.
4. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings, without notice, if prepayment is not received.
5. Additional numbers will only be catered for subject to availability.
6. All party nights are strictly for adults over 18 years.
7. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at the venue.
8. Management reserves the right to cancel a booking should the behaviour of expected guests at
the party behave in any way to be detrimental, offensive or contrary to normal expected behaviour.
9. Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel is not responsible if a performer or group cancels.
10. Single rooms are available as part of the free B&B offer with a supplement of €50.
11. As part of the Free B&B offer, the hotel will decide number of occupants per room. Requests
can be made but may not be guaranteed.
12. The hotel reserves the right to refund a deposit in circumstances when a booking is made
through a third party or under false pretences.

The Festival is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever with 28 action packed races to be decided by some of
Ireland’s most promising equine superstars who will battle it out for over €300,000 in prize money throughout
the four days of the festival from the 26th to 29th of December. A firm favourite and a long lasting tradition on
both the sporting and social calendars, the racing action is complimented with a star studded line up of events off the track
to include Ladies day on the 28th and Family Fun day on the 29th of December. We are delighted to have the
